Soléhotel was onze laatste stop van onze vakantietrip in Florida. We hebben er enorm genoten van het uitzicht, het strand en de zee ! We hadden wel de indruk dat ze beperkt waren in personeel en er een aantal werkpunten zijn. Aangezien we s avonds waren toegekomen konden we pas dan doorgeven dat het 5e bed voor de jongste moest worden opgemaakt. Het heeft tot na 22pm geduurd dat er iemand langs kwam … bij het toekomen kregen we 2 vouchers voor een aperitefhapje, de serveerster slaagde er toch in de beide hapjes op de rekening te zetten, de bestelde wijn was niet gekoeld. Hoewel we met 5 waren krijg je maar 4 ligzetels op het strand … en de jongens van de valet-parking hadden volgens mij een aantal lastige dagen ! We komen er graag terug maar wilden dit toch kenbaar maken

El lugar es muy lindo, está todo impecable de limpio. El baño tiene amenities (shampoo, acondicionador, jabón, crema corporal muy buenos), nos tocó un apartamento con vista lateral al mar, precioso. Cuenta con heladera, TV, anafe, microondas y lavavajillas, equipado con platos y cubiertos. Cochera que se abona. Pileta pequeña. Pero…. El personal podría ser un poco más amable. En la playa solo te dan dos reposeras y dos toallas por habitación, nosotros somos 3…. Uno se sentaba en el piso, al explicarlo lo dicen de mala manera. El servicio de playa arranca 8:30am las toallas SIEMPRE llegan pasadas las 9:30am., los ascensores tardan muchísimo. El restaurante del hotel es caro (nos ofrecieron el menú del dia, sin decirnos el precio, que se supone que es más barato que el resto de la carta y resultó ser uno de los más caros). Al momento del check out la chica que lo estaba realizando, ni siquiera tuvo un gesto amable, ni intentó al menos comunicarse. Le avisas que haces el check out y solo te da la boleta sin preguntarte nada, o comentarte nada. El hotel está muy bien ubicado, cerca hay un market super completo, restaurantes y demás tiendas. La experiencia es buena, podría calificarlo más alto, porque el lugar ameritaba, pero el personal NO fue amable nunca.

Very expensive to eat and stay here. $45/day resort fee whether you use the amenities or not. $44/day for parking. Absurd. One of the smallest rooms I have stayed in. City view? No, building next door view.

We stay at sole 1-2x a year, it's our favorite spot in Florida. The hotel is very clean with friendly staff and beautiful beach! I just got engaged on the beach infront of sole a week ago so now it holds even more sentimental value to me, We can't get enough of this pleace and we will continue to vacation here year after year!

Nice hotel. Loved it was right on beach and we could walk right out to chairs and umbrella. The room was smaller than expected and there is no furniture on balconies so having beach view was kinda pointless because we couldn't sit out there. Unless we sat on concrete ground. I wish they would have stated that no rooms have at least chairs out there. Also, there are lots of floors but only like 2 ice machines we could find but you cant use your key to go to other floors to get it.
