I stayed here 2 nights for all inclusive stay(breakfast, lunch, dinner and drinks). It was good value! The room was fine with a belcony. The pool was very big and plenty of sun loungers. The staff were mostly nice but one gave me a roll of the eyes when I was ordering my dinner. The bar staff were really friendly though and receptionists good. Location is fine close to the beach and main areas of town not too far. For the price it is good!

all is super. food is good. rooms are good. staff is friendly. beach is near the hotel. center is near the hotel. cleaning is well done. the hotel is pet friendly and there is no fee for pets. the airport is 25 km. Aquapark is 300 meters from the hotel.

Well, the first time I was there there was a mold smell all day coming from the room, probably the bathroom or from the vent system, could not sleep since I have an allergy problem and requested to change the room, which was better and I got rid of the smell. The other room had not been clean properly and saw hair pieces and stuff in and belind the furniture. The meal was OK, but the rest of the meals were made from leftovers from the other meals prior, like pizza made from corn that was from a salad, you get the idea.
