ZERO cleanliness, ZERO hospitality, ZERO services. This hotel deserves 2 stars not 4. Big mess in the room, we got a dirty junior suite, full of dust on the floor, crumbs, leftover food, dirty linen, hairs everywhere. The bathroom was not cleaned. The food is of poor quality, what is not eaten at lunch is reinterpreted at dinner. The cold cuts and cheeses at breakfast are old, after cutting the corners the cold cuts have changed color, a sign that they have been cut for a long time. I will make an extensive description with the photos on all the Romanian Facebook pages where hotels in Bulgaria are searched. The reception staff is very mean, they speak badly, they do not help you in any way, they look down on you and answer in disgust. The manager with glasses t minutes in front, full of arrogance. I think I threw my money away by staying at this hotel, it's a shame for the Bulgarian hotel market.

Clean apartment, nice pools, good food. The Italian a la cart reasurant is excellent. The beach is near and there is a beach bar. Really nice animators- Dinko, Beny and Gabby. Program for children and adults. Our daughter is delighted!

I have to say, my family and I had an absolutely amazing holiday here. Staff were extremely accommodating, and super friendly. The reps went out if their way to always make us feel very welcome, and could not do enough to keep my 9 year old daughter entertained. This is one place I will definitely be going back to. Thank you for everything x

We are very disappointed from this hotel. Ultra all inclusive is supposed to have nicer drinks than just Bulgarian drinks. Food is beyond tasteless, very little choice, everything is very cheap opposite to the very high rates we paid. Rooms are nothing special, air conditioners are not working. On balcony is so noisy, you can’t hear anything if you want to sit there. Nothing interesting as animation. Not recommending it to anyone.

An ideal hotel for families with children. They have a really large selection of dishes that will delight not only with their appearance but also with their taste. You can also try a large amount of seafood. Almost every evening is themed, with various shows that follow after dinner. A wonderful team of animators takes care of the rich program for children. They enjoy their work and it is clear that they sincerely care about the children. They put in all their effort, which is ultimately reflected in the children's bright eyes. The only small minus I would see is the cleaning, because the employees often do not have time to clean the whole hotel's area and calmly sweep under your feet while you are eating. Overall, it was a pleasant stay. If I visit Sunny Beach again in the future, I will definitely consider this hotel.

Tatty 2* at best hotel. Where to start. The staff are excellent the housecleaners in everyday fresh towels etc. Serving staff excellent also. The food is mediocre but seldom warm theres plenty salad cheeses fruit and veg and the little cakes are nice. The snack bar is basic and repetitive but it's what you expect. Alcoholic drinks are local and weak as is the watery juice and pop. We went out a few times for food for a change to the stews regularly served up. The hotel is in a good location for flower st and the beach. The private beach was terrible. Basic beds rock hard no toppers we lasted an hour before returning to the pool as did numerous other. There is a cabin where you can get beer n juices but thats it and it's 50m to the sea on hot sand. Pool area is decent but seen alot of people slipping on the nontactile tiles and the lids of the accodrains are loose and dangerous the place could do with some basic maintenance. If you have a late flight it is a nightmare asked to keep the room on and after messing me about for 2 and a half hours they said no. There is a luggage room but no showers to get freshened up later ive had words with them about it and there will be a complaint going into jet2 about it as it seems to be f u jack we've had your money. On the whole 1st and last time to sunny beach but if I did come back it certainly won't be here.

Great time this hotel again, good location close flower street, good pool area, many many different food and drink because all inclusive.
