Отдыхали в отеле в июле 2022 года, сам отель не соответствует 3 звезды, тк весь персонал очень грубый на любую просьбу нужно было ходить на ресепшен по 2-3 раза и допрошивать. В отеле полотенце меняют 1 раз в 3 дня если хочешь каждый день что бы меняли нужно доплатить 1 евро в день, чайника нет в номере оказывается он тоже тут платный, стоянка для машины тоже платная. Сейф есть и он тоже платный, но находится на ресепшен. Шампунь и гель для душа вам выдадут только 1 раз за все время проживания на вопрос почему нам ответили что у нас 3 звезды. Убирали в номере ужасно, все было грязно приходилось подходить на ресепшен что бы шли перемывать. Единственное что понравилось это завтрак, всего было много, если что то заканчивалось то быстро дополняли, очень вкусный кофе. До море идти минут 10.

The hotel's price-quality ratio did not meet expectations. There was not always staff at the reception who spoke English. The bathroom smelled of sewage. We told the staff about this and they said they knew about the problem and could do nothing about it. The reason is the whole sewage system because it is an old house. The breakfast was really modest and there were not many options available. The hotel room fridge was so cold that the drinks froze during the night. It could not be adjusted warmer. Sheets and towels were changed every three days. For an additional fee, new ones could have been provided more often. The pool area is much smaller than in the pictures. Tables and sun loungers dirty and shabby. On the positive side, the beach and shopping street are close by. Supermarket and restaurants across the road.

Hotel jak najbardziej w porządku. Czysto, schludnie, dobre urozmaicone kolacje śniadania trochę monotonne ale dobre. Blisko plaża. Basen mały ale jest wystarczający. Obsługa miła i pomocna ale uwaga na Pana barmana (jeden starszy jest ok) młodszy oszukuje na cenach i nie wydaje reszty. Trzeba być uważnym i sprawdzam resztę po wydaniu. Poza tym jednym super pobyt.

Unbelievable bedding only changed once air con did not work good had beetles crawling on my back try to approach staff did not want to know english breakfast hot dogs breakfast not covered had the runs ate nothing not friendly staff at all small towels when arrived at hotel guy showed us to a room went to speak to him he said I know speak English walked out and shut the door none of the staff spoke never go to this hotel again

The Hotel is in a great location for exploring Sunny Beach. Flower Street and the beach are within a short walk 5/10 minutes. The Hotel and rooms are extremely clean and well kept. The cleaners came in and done the room every day. The pool bar serves a good pint at 5LV each which is very reasonable. The food looked good although we never ordered as we prefer to go out. Reception is manned 24hrs and the staff are helpful. A few negatives, breakfast is very limited, repetitive and basic, but ok. We booked a late checkout 120 Lv cash only wouldn’t accept card at all. The room towels very small and very worn. Our shower had a curtain which wasn’t the right fit so the bathroom flooded. We had a room facing the Main Street so could get noisy at times. No safe in the rooms but safes are available behind reception. Be carful not to break anything or loose a key or towel full list of charges for replacements is in the welcome pack and they check everything on leaving.

Super hotell med vänlig personal. Vi hade bara ett par timmar att spendera på hotellet. Vi skulle med en transfer buss på kvällen. Vi blev till och med erbjudna att äta frukost på kvällen ❤️❤️

We stayed at this hotel from 2nd to 16th September it was a lovely hotel very clean throughout our stay rooms cleaned every day bedding changed every 3 days food was ok and the staff were polite and friendly would definitely stay again special mention to the manager he was really good guy thanks for a brilliant holiday
