Well well, for a first time we wanted to try all inclusive hotel, as we have a 2year old and no, never again.
The food is from the cheapest products that can exist, we are disappointed from that.
The rooms, okey we where in spacious room, but the room was not clean it was dust a lot of dust everywhere, not able move a pillow without sneezing or rubbing your nose.
Location is good, but thats it!
Not coming back, not recommending..

Polecam!!! Bardzo bliska odległość do morza i piękny widok z balkonu i okna. Wszędzie blisko a jednoczesnie spokojnie w porównaniu do innych hoteli w pobliżu położonych przy tej samej ruchliwej ulicy. Obsługa zawsze uśmiechnięta i miła, pokoje czyste, codziennie sprzątane. Jedzenie smaczne, każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie, najlepsze kolacje. Jedyny minus to zbyt mała ilość wind na taką liczbę gości. Niektórzy narzekają na mały basen ale bliskość plaży rekompensuje tą niedogodność, bardziej preferowaliśmy korzystanie z morza aniżeli z basenu🙂

The hotel rooms are very nice and modern as are the corridors the only thing that let's it down is the lack of tables for dining and small pool and limited sunbeds the 7 days I stayed was good but by the end of it struggling for a table for dinner and no sunbeds became frustrating

Pesimo hotel ALL INCLUSIVE. La comida es regular, la bebida malisima, nada de primera marca. Todo lo que hagas tiene penalidad, ej. llevar un vaso de bebida al cuarto. No ten dan toallas para las piscina, menos para la playa. No responden los mails. Fué una odisea pagar la reserva estando nosotros en otro continente. Luego del chek inn me llega un mail diciendo que la RESERVA SE HABÍA CANCELADO. Lo único bueno las habitaciones y las instalaciones. Destaco la atención del muchacho de la recepción

Stayed for a week in grand hotel sunny beach and everything was fantastic. The location was central and close to main attraction and it is right beside the beach. The food from the buffets was great always with a wide variety of selection. The staff were also very helpful and friendly. They helped out instantly for anything we asked. If you wanna visit sunny beach, I highly recommended staying in the grand hotel.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were incredibly friendly, and the location was perfect. Everything was well-maintained, and I felt very welcome during my stay. Would definitely come back! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Amazing week in the grand hotel sunny beach, very convenient location along the beach with lovely on site facilities. Very friendly and welcoming staff helping to enjoy the stay much more. Would highly recommend and will definitely be back again in the near future

90% of bar staff was lovely and welcoming but the odd one was very rude lunch and tea meal was mediocre and breakfast was shocking WiFi was also a downer and the aircon would only blow warm air so you imagine what it was like sleeping at night. Spent almost £2000 on the holiday and when asked for some body wash to use before I left I was told a very rude no. But a big shout out to Mariana who made our holiday
