Absolutely terrible!!! The staff are very rude Only change towels every 3 days won’t give another if anything happens. Don’t give toilet roll had to buy more in shop. Room doesn’t get cleaned we were there for 10 days and beds got changed once they just make it every day don’t even sweep floors!! Would never return to this hotel

Были в этом отеле с 21.06-12.07.25, остались очень недовольны хотя в этом отеле не первый год сам персонал отличный, убирали каждый день, полотенца и постельное белье очень чистое, море рядом, но осталось плохое впечатление от ресторана от их завтраков - все холодное, кофе отвратительный, от чего или от кого это зависит не понять. Бассейн грязный, сломана лестница для спуска в него, спать тяжело от громкой музыки даже после 24.00, продавец мороженого под нашим балконом это вообще шедевр пьёт пиво целыми днями грязными руками продаёт мороженое- это просто смотреть страшно, что он творит, мне жаль людей. Цены в это лето это что то. Единственное, что прекрасно это чудесное тёплое море. Решайте сами ехать или не ехать!

We are satisfied with the hotel. Clean, beautiful and tidy. We took it because of the sea view. The view is amazing! You take part in a movement, in a party. But it doesn't interfere with sleep at all. The service is excellent! Cleaning every day as promised. Everything is adequate for a family holiday. We'll be back!

The hotel is in ideal location but the surrounding ruins it. There's big while like London Eye in front of the hotel which blocks the views of the sea. First night, just below the entrance door, you have drunk ice cream seller who kept playing loud music through the night and keeps you awake. Spoke to the manager and denied that happens. There was no hot shower water next day, not sure if the heating system was turned off but it came back the next day. 2 of the front receptionists were great. Information regarding rental cars would've been ideal but no info was distributed- if you rent one, you would have to pay 15lev per day to park at the hotel. Briz hotel which is in the same building gives their customers free parking. Regardless if you put 'do not disturb' sign, housekeepers still enter the room. Towels is given to you every 3/4 days and sheets changed every 7 days. The restaurant servers are poor and there's was one customer who went up with her cup to her room and they were saying to each other "lets charge her 5euros if she doesn't bring it back down & no breakfast for her without the cup". Customer service in this hotel is the poorest I have ever witnessed. Same breakfast everyday. It was very disappointing experience in this hotel and I would not recommend staying here.

In general, not bad, the cleaning is good, the staff is friendly, with the exception of one thing. He communicates only in English. But the pool is a complete disaster, very small and dirty, located right in the restaurant... no matter how strange it sounds. And no green area.. We were very disappointed by this, the children's holiday was ruined.
