We booked the Pasha Hamam Ritual (traditional Turkish bath) for two, and it was one of the most magical spa experiences we’ve ever had. From the moment we arrived, the staff was warm and welcoming, guiding us through each step with care. It began with 10 minutes in a softly heated coal sauna infused with a gentle aroma. From there, we entered a stunning mosaic bath with marble table tops, where we lay back and felt transported to the grandeur of Topkapi Palace, surrounded by the soothing sounds of flowing water and soft oriental music. The professionalism and skill of the therapists were unmatched. Every movement — from the rhythmic splashing of water, to the gentle scrubbing with the traditional kese mitt, to being enveloped in a cloud-like foam blanket and left to rest as bubbles whispered softly across the skin — felt both artful and deeply relaxing. After a final rinse, we were wrapped in the softest towels and led to an aromatherapy massage that left us completely renewed. To complete the ritual, we were invited to enjoy Turkish tea and unwind in the quiet rest zone — the perfect finale to a sensory journey of touch, sound, scent, and warmth. More than just a treatment, this was an experience to remember. Highly recommended for couples or anyone seeking an unforgettable spa day in Sunny Beach.

Very groovy day at the beach, gosh I loves it! The room was good it had a full room in it. Nice cocktails without the tail at the bar with big glass of proseccy too. That’s going down my throat! Went to the copa Cobana with the boys for some salsa lessons in our a wee budgie smugglers. Thank you for the room doll I loves it!

Can't fault it! Beautiful hotel, staff were amazing. Tory the senior receptionist had a great sense of humour. Hotel was spotless, food was good and the pool was lovely. Would definitely return

CONS-- Arrival was after dark. Should have been side sea view room ( SEE PHOTO ). When pointed out to reception next morning, the reception manager said it was the correct room. Eventually the manager,who was a rude argumentative, and not customer focused lady, offered compensation. Why offer compensation if it was the correct room? Breakfast was a very poor selection. Hot food was cold. (SEE PHOTOS). Bedding - duvet and pillow quality was ONE STAR. PROS-- Other than Reception Manager Lady, who was awful, the other staff were excellent. They should all find another hotel to work in.

Good not amazing.
Good location, room was big, helpful staff. Spa and sauna a bit crap, breakfast was average.
Should stop people leaving towels on deckchairs all day.
Bit expensive for what we got.

Can not recommend this hotel and area enough. Staff were attentive and friendly. Food in the restaurant lovely, tasty and so cheap! Room was amazing, had a large balcony overlooking the pool. Situated within walking distance of everything you could want. Absolutely can not wait to return.

The food was excellent. The service is definitely on the level, the waiters are very nice and polite. The price matches the quality for sure. I had never eaten such a dessert, it was very nice. I will be back for sure!

A beautiful hotel, immaculately clean, spacious room/apartment and a choice of indoor and outdoor pools to swim in. The breakfast was so varied, something for everyone. Reception staff were lovely, especially Tori who was exceptional; she was so welcoming, friendly, informative and always smiling. We would definitely recommend this hotel, thank you Galeon.
