Bad and bad
I told them to clean My rooom like everyday they say «ok we will clean» and they never do. Had 9 days stay and i will never ever back to Tia Maria.

What a poop hole!
Absolutely terrible. Staff don't want to work. Need change front reception staff for it to look better.
Than again. Keep it as it is because i like reading comments how bad the place is 😂😂

Ci hanno assegnato una camera diversa da quella prenotata. Aria condizionata (fuori 34 gradi) rotta, mancava anche lo scopino per il water, hotel caotico e rumoroso. unica cosa positiva, la pulizia della stanza, che comunque non è poco

Как только заехали, сразу пропал интернет, что бы позвонитьькому то из родных приходилось идти либо до бара и басейна где плохо ловил интернет, либо до подвала ближе к ресторану( в день отъезда интернет резко появился) очень наглые гости, турки которые были с нами в отеле были очень наглые, сервис ужас русского не понимают, на английском не говорят, уборщицы приходили 1 раз на 2-3 дня и то могли и не прийти, в ванной полная антисанитария, на шторках грибок так же как и в углак и между стыками, фены ломаються сами по себе, день работает а 2 нет, в итоге тебя заставляют платить за фен, под кроватью очень грязно и полы не моют, еда более менее нормально но не всегда можно найти то что едишь

da Flugausfall von Burgas-Frankfurt wegen Streik bei Discover hat Airline (?) und/oder Reiseveranstalter Schauinsland-Reisen Duisburg uns zu viert in dieser Absteige untergebracht. (Wir hatten vorher 5* ultra all inclusive) Hier nun vernachlässigtes 2* Hotel ("offiziell" 3* ) kein Wasser auf Zimmer, Haarföhn defekt, TV am 2. Tag selbst eingestellt, KEIN schwarzer Tee beim Frühstück (wir gaben dann selbst Tee, Wasser, essbare Marmelade, essbares Brot gekauft - aber am 2. Tag war der Toaster schon weg, "abgebaut") 1 x mittags auswärts auf eigene Kosten gegessen, 1 x Abends "gefastet" wenn wir im Kriegsgebiet wären: wundervoll da wir im Touristenort OHNE Krieg sind: Katastrophe

Onvriendelijk personeel,zeer jong personeel in restaurant.Slechte,nauwelijks schoonmaak soms 5 dagen niet gepoetst evenals verschonen bed en wisselen schone handdoeken..Slechte bedden,voelt spiralen in je lijf.Ontbijt zeer sober.Stoelen kapot in slechte staat,ook niet schoon als je gaat ontbijten.Tia Maria is n onhygiënisch,vies,vuil hotel.Dit was mijn 7e keer Sunny Beach,Tia Maria t allerslechtste.Nooit Meer!!!
