Hotel was spotless. Constantly being cleaned and maintained by gardeners. Nice and modern. Staff not very polite or friendly. Snack bar food changes every 2 hours with choices like gyros, grilled chicken, rice, vegetables and fish. But there are pizza, burger, chips all day. All very Nice. Ice-creams available from snack bar from 2pm to 6pm. Main restaurant was OK, always something to eat, some more adventurous diners would appreciate some dishes more than our family, but we did try lots of new foods. Drinks and plentiful with a large choice of cocktails and slush drinks. Pools are fantastic, 1.4m deep in main pools. Slide are brilliant. Can't comment on splash pools as they are for younger children than my own. They are abit cold but a nice refreshing cold in the heat. Small shop on site for snacks, pool floats and toiletries. Well stocked for a small shop. Small mini golf course and games room. Free shuttle bus to the beach, the beach was very disappointing to be honest. Just a few sunbeds on a rocky beach. It's a few miles from main sunny beach. But the sea is warm and you gey dropped right on the sand. Sunny beach is about a 10-15 minute walk away. Taxi is about 20-25 lev(£10-£12) we walked down and got taxi back. Sunny beach is not really my type of holiday, and u would not go back. But we did enjoy our holiday. I think the pools saved it to be honest. And if you go either hire a car or get a taxi to Nessebar as that was the Highlight of the holiday. Hotel gets a 8/10. Sunny beach as a whole gets a 3/10.

If you want fun for all the kids then this is the place to come to. All of the Tui team are fantastic from the tui blue guides, childcare, entertainment team and the swimming school all work extremely hard and would just like to say a massive thank you to you all for making this holiday brilliant. I would also like to make a special mention to chloe the Tui swimming coach. She is brilliant at her job. I highly recommend booking your kids in for lessons.

Lovely hotel, clean tidy and all staff no matter what their job were friendly. Definitely a family hotel, something to do for all ages. We took 12,14 and 16 year olds, none of them complained that they were bored. Food was lovely, partner is very fussy and enjoyed everything. Only downside was entertainment, they didn’t do any shows suited for adults was solely based for children. Reps didn’t approach us around pool to offer activities so we were unable to join in.

This was a lovely hotel. Me, my mum and my two sisters went for a week holiday here. It was the first time we’ve done all inclusive as a family for a while, and we’d 100% come here to do it again. The food was fresh and cooked right in front of you, and there was lots of different food each night. They had great meat and veggie options, and even did different themed nights (American, Asian, Bulgarian). The hotel itself was gorgeous. It has to be one of the prettiest hotels we’ve been to. There was flowers everywhere, the hotel was clean and there was so much to do. This was definitely a great family holiday either for kids or adults. There was something for everyone. Will 100% be returning!!

The hotel exceeded my expectations. The choice of food at each meal was extensive with a large cocktail menu at the many bars. The daily activities were fun and well run with plenty of bluefit classes. The evening entertainment program was great with fantastic shows from the entertainment team.

One of the best hotels that me and my family have ever visited. The restaurant is full with delicious food and there is a huge variety of options to choose so you eat the best meal

We just finished our week-long break. The hotel is amazing! You are welcomed with a glass of nice sparkling wine. Staff is very polite and helpful. They do everything and beyond to make us feel comfortable. Rooms are clean and beds are comfy. Food is well prepared and tasty. There is a lovely snack bar with gyros, burgers and pizzas. Right by is an ice-cream stall. Pools are constantly cleaned and one can always find a place. There is also an aquapark and sport fields. There is a mini-bus shuttle to the designated hotel beach area that goes every hour. The sand is silky soft! We will come back, probably end of summer as weather is so nice! Thanks to all hard-working staff! See you again!

Our stay was okay but there's a few things you need to know before going because I'm going to say the good and bad things about our stay: . One bad thing is that the hotel is quite boring because yes there's water slides and a pool but because we went on a family trip, my two daughters are 12 and 15 and there's lots of activities for little kids. So, we didn't find anything to do during the day. . One good thing is that it's only a 10 minute walk to sunny beach which is good to go out it when you get bored of the hotel. . Another bad thing is that the food is very repetitive. There's lots of pasta and pizza and chips every night for dinner and tea. Also, the desserts are very repetitive. With breakfast, it's very repetitive aswell. . Another good thing is that it's quite warm outside and the pool is slightly cold so it cools you down alot. Another bad thing is that the area is very spaced out and it's a lot of walking up hill which is very tiring. The hotel is quite boring because there's nothing to do. We didn't really go on the water slides or in the pool because we were too tired because of all the walking you have to do. Also, when you get there, check in takes forever as there was only one person working in reception. We were given instructions on where to go but it wasn't very clear. We spent atleast 20 minutes figuring out where we were. Its a workout getting the suitcases up the hill when you first arrive. I forgot to mention that the walls are very thin and we were woken up by people talking in the corridor. Me and my family were in room 2331 in the Ingrid building, we were right near a small pool and could hear jet washing from 6am-8am everyday. I get that they have to throughly clean the pool but we just wanted to sleep. We went to reception and asked if we could swap rooms but they said all the rooms were full which isn't very believable because I've hear they always do that to save the hassle for them.

Lovely hotel from the outside, TUI blue staff were lovely but Bulgarian were rude and didn’t care about anything. Paid for a junior suite with sliding door to separate room and was given a sofa bed in the room and they said there wasn’t any other rooms available until two days later. Leak in the bathroom which covered the whole floor when having a shower. Paid for 7 nights. Was due to fly on early hours of 21st June and we was told we had to check out on the day before at 11am, we did not get notified that this was due to happen we received a text message whilst we were out of the hotel and was told we needed to get out asap and was charged a late fee of 90 lev. So had no where to go over over 12 hours, we could use the complex but nothing else. We then got notified two hours before we due to be collected that our flight was being delayed till the following day in the afternoon but they were unable to provide us with a hotel room for the night even though the outbound flight coming from Birmingham that we were due to get on was delayed so those passengers rooms were available and we were told they were empty but there wasn’t a manager on site so they couldn’t do anything. We had a four year old child with us and had to go to the airport to be sent back to another hotel 5 minutes about from TUI blue Nevis. Food was lovely but would not stay here again.
