Horrible experience Terrible experience, not possible pay the inside parking with credit card, only cash! They never clean the room in 4 Nights, Sunny beach every one want try to cheat you for the price! Horrible

Called in for a meal at this hotel's pub 'Stans - One for the road'. A clean, well appointed location with an extensive menu. The surroundings are nice and comfortable. You need to use the toilets in the hotel and my little girl was a bit nervous but a very kind lady member of staff took her and showed here were it was. Service was friendly. My daughter had a chicken burger which she enjoyed. My wife had tomatoes soup which she says paired well with her garlic bread. My fish and chips were disappointing, the fish was small and not great. Fairly sure this was a supermarket frozen fish portion. Drinks were good and the staff friendly. Would probably go back and ey something different.

Just arrived home from an amazing stay at hotel klisura, from the moment we were dropped off by coach to getting back on the coach after two weeks, we were made to feel welcome, arrived at about 11.30 and was greeted by the late night porter who greeted us with a friendly smile and checked us in quickly and also gave us the good news that the bar was still open, room was really big and comfortable with a good sized balcony which overlooked the pool, Stans bar was very welcoming, with Stan, Alaina and Michael who provided excellent service any time of the day. The bar was well stocked with a large variety of drinks, English and local and the food which was served was of a very high quality and enjoyable, when I asked Stan the time that the bar closes his reply was Septemberklaisse, stans wife was welcoming any time of the day and always greeted you at breakfast with a smile and good morning, the breakfast was good, offering a range of food and drinks, it was the same every morning but with the variety on offer you could always have something different together with a good choice of drinks. Maria who ran the bar in the restaurant and also worked clearing the tables in the morning was alway polite and helpful. The cleaners did a wonderful job and kept the room and hotel looking clean and tidy and alway gave you a smile and a welcome when passing them. Pool and sunbathing area were lovely and never had a problem getting a sun bed, a lot of the guests were returning customers which gives you an indication of how good the hotel and staff are, definitely will be booking this hotel on our future visits to Sunny beach with everything you need either on site or within walking distance. The Good Location is ideal, 10 min walk to the beach and bars and restaurants even closer. Maybe 15/20 min walk to Viking Bar/Palm Beach. Air con and fridge in room no extra fee. The Bad The white bread had mould on it one morning. We found a lizard, ALIVE, in our room one evening!! WiFi doesn't work in room and barely in reception. The Ugly Where do I start, the hotel is ran by a dictator manager who never properly welcomed us on arrival and only sarcastic comments during our one week stay. We requested fresh towels from her and was denied, stating it was not a 5* hotel! Luckily for us the cleaning staff are very helpful and provided us with fresh towels the next day! On departing from the hotel there was a towel kindly sitting next to our suitcases, a nice sick joke by the female manager, doesn't have anything better to do clearly! We made it down for breakfast 3 out of 7 mornings, we are on holiday and want a lie in! On the last day we made sandwiches for travelling home and was told by the manager it is not possible to take food away from the breakfast, we did however as it is not stated anywhere in writing that you cannot! Lastly, we booked through Love Holidays and used the shuttle transfer, we checked the collection time online, however was later told the hotel had been informed to advise guests this particular service had incorrect collection times. The so called manager took pleasure in informing us we missed our transfer when we arrived back from our day out 1.5 hours before the due collection time. I called the shuttle service and they informed me they will refund the taxi cost, the manager avoided helping us arranging a taxi to the airport, acting busy not actually doing anything and speaking in foreign! We had to find a taxi quickly and kindly the Karlovo Hotel next door assisted with this! Choose wisely!

My 4th visit to Sunny Beach and will defo be back. 1st time staying at the moisture although been there many times to the open bar for drinks and superb food. The rooms are the biggest I've ever stayed in with good sized balcony and clean well appointed shower/bathroom. People who go to this hotel return again and again as will I. Alan

First visit to Bulgaria, staying at Diamond hotel crap we found this gem, lovely people friendly always a smile Stan & Jessica, (waitress) was lovely we ate here a couple of time highly recommended beef dinner, WE WILL BE BACK XXX
