Admiral Plaza Apartments

So finally we have time for all hotels where we were staying at last months) We arrived at this hotel at the end of April, beginning of May. We rented an apartment for a month. The price was very reasonable. To start with, it is very clean and tidy here. The hotel is located on the first coastline. It's a nice hotel with great apartments. Inside, there's a huge beautiful pool. The rooms overlook the inner part of the pool. It is truly beautiful at any time of day. Nearby, there are shops, a market, and the sea. We really liked the rooms. The kitchen is well-equipped with all the necessary utensils. I would recommend this hotel for couples or families. There are various types of apartments with the option to cook. The people around are very nice. We highly recommend it. Large supermarkets like Jeanette and Lidl are about 10-15 minutes away by car. There are also restaurants and bars. We highly recommend it and are extremely satisfied. Differently recommended! Very good

Good service, nice staff. Good pool area and everyone in public places in this hotel, there was clean everywhere. BUT. That's about it. Hotelroom cleaning was kind of bad, bc we did see a roomservice like 2 times in a week. And then we only got new towels, that's it. It didn't Matter what was the time, no cleaning. Also we had to get a toilet paper for few times in a maindesk lobby, bc they never left any. Bed pillows where bad, i dont how would anyone like to sleep with that peace of a sh*t pillow. Breakfast. Wel just poor and bad. Only few choices and they are like menu, so No buffet. And i tried to asked, if there can be make some changes to the dishes and it didn't work. Bc we already payed the breakfast all week, we had to eat that sh*t... no taste, no nothing. Our travel agency TUI sold us this breakfast... ofc we were wating buffet and everything usual hotel breakfast food. The price were the same level than the hotels, we are travelled before with buffet.

Do not book a room at this hotel. It was the most horrible hotel I have ever been at. The first day we arrived we got a room where the door bell was broken so it kept on ringing. The beds were broken (they had a hole in the madras) and the toilet seat was broken. There wasn't wifi either. We complained right away and they promised to look into it the next day. The next day the cleaning staff woke us up at 7 AM and they didn't respect our dont disturb-sign. We asked them to go away because we needed our sleep. Every day the maid kept on waking us op very early and she even yelled at us and told us to be away from the room in the morning. We complained about the cleaning staff too. in 6 days we did the complains and the hotel fixed the wifi and the toilet seat at day 5. The beds (which was our biggest problem because our backs was quite unpleased with being on broken beds) was never fixed. The cleaning staff kept on not respecting our privacy and was just disturbing us every early morning, they even took our dont disturb-sign. At day 6 we choose to leave the hotel to find another hotel. We was supposed to stay at Admiral Plaza for 8 days but we couldn't stay any longer. The hotel has been a horrible place and we didn't enjoy our vacation in 6 days because of the problems, we kept on asking them to fix and they kept on saying "we will fix it tomorrow". Do not visit this hotel.
