Never again, place was shocking some staff were lovely but some were rude, Just arrived home after stayin in this hotel and I’d never return, On arrival the reception staff took about 40minutes to check us in due to not been able to understand we had a child an an adult with the same name On another note tho rooms are very basic an small they aren’t clean properly as there was bobbins as earfone pieces on the floor from the previous occupants The mattress in the baby cot was stained And sheets on our beds didn’t fit woke up Every morning basically Lyn on a mattress As we had young kids with us we booked breakfast in our package but we couldn’t eat it the food is inedible blue boiled eggs, cold meats wit flys all over it, no fresh fruit except apples and oranges that were wrinkled an black also the seating area is either beside the pool or out on the main road outside the hotel this led us to have to eat out all week My room was ment to have a pool view but I had a tree covering 75% of the balcony A pool bar tat was none existent ya still had to go indoors to order a drink an if ya wanted to drink by the pool was plastic glasses only No lifeguard an older kids diving in a small kiddy’s pool nearly taking the small kids under wit them No toilet outside so had to use the one in reception but can’t go in after been in the pool cos not allowed through wet so had no choice but to go to our rooms Not a great experience by far an defo wouldn’t be going back Staff need training on how to run a hotel
