a very good place to relax. close to the street and well served. hotel in good condition, although the food could be better. I recommend it to everyone as a base. Lots of attractions, good swimming pools and most importantly - very close to the sea and the beach!

a lovely hotel with a lovely team of staff in a lovely location! the hotel is situated right in front of a gorgeous beach in between the clubbing ***** and the old town, about a half hour walk between the two. there is entertainment for children as well as additional activities throughout the day provided by the animation team; they really are the heart and soul of the resort. Alex always went out of his way to get to know each and every tourist and his charisma is totally infectious. He is such a sweet bloke and i had a great time playing the music quiz hosted by him as well as the bingo night! the other animation staff members are just as lovely and full of charm, Kamy, Zina, Manuel… they were all fantastic. The cleaners were tidying non stop and although didn’t speak much english, in the times where i did speak with them they were so sweet and accommodating. The bar staff are also so friendly even though the drinks they were pouring made me think they wanted to kill me lol!! i honestly have nothing bad to say about this place. there’s a spa, outdoor pools, kids clubs, snacks and a great variety of food. what more can i say honestly. thank you Imperial Resort for a wonderful stay.

The hotel is lovely and well-maintained, but the real highlight was the animation team. Alex and his crew are the heart and soul of the place! So energetic, friendly, and genuinely passionate about their work. They made sure both kids and adults were always engaged and having fun. Every evening felt like a celebration. Alex, you’re a true leader and an absolute professional — thank you for making our stay so special!

GUYS THIS HOTEL IS AMAZING! So my friends and I stayed in this gorgeous hotel for a week. Honestly, I would 100% recommend this hotel, the staff were so accommodating and so welcoming when we arrived here. Rado who is the manager was absolutely exceptional at this job and who made us girls feel really safe and comfortable during our stay. The hotel is very well run and kept to a high standard at all times. The staff were so so lovely and understanding as I am lactose intolerant - the chef went out of his way to make me a breakfast every morning which was so appreciative. The cleanliness of the hotel was very well kept through all departments of the hotel. The rooms were so clean and spacious! The cleaners were so polite and respectful, they’re honestly a credit to the hotel. Location - the hotel is suited in a prime location along with shops, pharmacies, pubs, mini golf, supermarkets and the beach is literally on your doorstep. When you stay longer than 6/7 night I think, the hotel will accommodate you to a complimentary 3-course meal which I think is amazing! We used this on our last night before heading to the airport. I would definitely come again!

We spent a great few days at the hotel, everything was at the highest level, the only exception was the weather, which was not so warm, we read the comments and do not see the words about animators and how they are great at their job, Alexa team of chief animator of this hotel knows his business and does everything to make both adults and children leave and would like to return to this hotel again, thank you very much for this vacation, Alex you are the best in your business, we have been to many places, but to see how one person with his team do everything for children and adults and also with such energy was wow.
