It had everything you could want from a holiday. Lots of restaurants to eat at, some buffet and some table service. It has it's own beach with reserved beds for guests. Rooms were well set out and nicely decorated. The adults only status helped to give it a very relaxing atmosphere. I would visit again.

El mejor hotel de Sunny Beach situado en la zona mejor comunicada y más tranquila. Sunny Beach pueblo, un Benidorm o Salou más. A destacar y no perderse, la visita a Nesebar y Marina Dinevi. Fantásticos sitios donde pasar un día de visita o un día de playa con todo lujo de Beach Club’s en el caso de Marina Dinevi.

Pésimo hotel, la cadena Hyatt no se como permite que esta gente de Terra Tour Service manche el nombre de SECRETS con este hotel (que no llega ni a pensión). Lo digo porque he estado hace tres meses en el Dreams Dominicus La Romana y nada que ver, eso si que es un hotel de Hyatt no este Motel de Carretera Es como si a la carrocería de un Mercedes le pones el motor de un coche viejo y no pasa ni de 25 km/hora Pagamos un Prefered y no vale la pena, si que tienen sitios diferenciados pero no lo controlan y lo único un Lounge que huele a humedad y te dan lo mismo en el Bar de enfrente, primer timo. Reclamamos nuestra bolsa de la playa y que no quedaban, así nos hemos quedado, sin solución Llegas al hotel, en teoría de 5 estrellas y nadie te acompaña a la habitación A parte del bufete, tiene 2 restaurantes, uno italiano y otro de pescado, abren tres días cada uno y el domingo….. FIESTA!! No abre ninguno. Aparte, suerte si te reservan!!! Y encima están vacíos, me da a mi que pocas ganas de trabajar El bufete…. Para llorar, llevaba décadas sin ver algo tan malo y repetitivo. Comida malísima, hacen la comida y la acumulan con lo que las cosas se quedan aplastadas…. Lo peor de todo es que lo mismo para desayunar, comer y cenar…. Los empleados del hotel ha sido de lo peor, suerte si te dicen buenos días y no los he visto sonreír en toda la semana El Manager un impresentable, le he escrito 2 mails y sin contestar, ojalá te despidan por poco profesional. Sinceramente, si buscáis la calidad del Secrets este no es representativo de la cadena, viajar a otro destino Os doy un consejo, sonreír no cuesta nada y lo valoran mucho los clientes

Het hotel was zeer goed maar helaas was geregeld het eten lauw! Ook werd zeer nors gereageerd door sommige personeelsleden. Zowel aan de receptie als aan de bar. Maar sommige waren daarintegen weer wel heel service gericht en vriendelijk. En er wordt verschil gemaakt tussen toeristen en bulgaren! Zo zouden wij eigenlijk 4 uur moesten wachten voordat we onze kamer in konden omdat de kamers pas om 15:00u vrijgegeven zouden worden en na een half uur kwam er een vermogende bulgaar en die mocht wel naar zijn kamer!! En toen ik er naar vroeg waar het verschil in zat werd mij vertelt dat dit zo geregeld was! Dus ja er wordt wel degelijk verschil gemaakt! Maar het taxibedrijf via correndon was top!! Zelfs een bulga**** taxichauffeur die nederlandse liedjes afspeelde en mee zong!!!

Excellent impressions from this place. We had a breezy 2 weeks of complete comfort. The staff consists of young, relaxed, friendly, professional and efficient people that create a very light and lovely atmosphere. The whole place is maintained immaculately, the food was good and varied. Kudos for the freshly squeezed fruit juices in the morning, the full frame of raw honeycomb on the breakfast buffet on occasional mornings, quite good wines...The junior suit was very comfortable and the coffee machine was stocked with decaf pods as an option,which was great... I could only recommend this hotel

Lovely hotel,spotlessly clean in all areas,super comfy beds,massive walk in shower fantastic sunset from our room.All staff were lovely especially Aysun in the lunch time restaurant she had such a beautiful smile went out of her way to assist us. Always plenty of choices to choose from at meal times. Most of the Entertainment shows were great.Fantastic pools and only a short walk to a lovely clean sandy beach.Well done Secrets glad we booked last minute had a good deal for well earned Chill!😊😍will be back.Thankyou.
