Kuban Resort & Aquapark - All Inclusive

On arrival the reception staff were polite and friendly. Through my stay. I found that the WiFi was rubbish what with My room being in the 15th floor. The lifts were dangerous. They close too quickly and doesn't re open straight way so ur squashed in-between the doors. The lift broke down a few times. The meals in the canteen had a lot of choice but not at its best. The food was not heated to the correct temputure although there was a microwave to heat up the food. The snack bar was ok. It mostly had sweet treats. The ice cream was just lightly flavoured slosh. Not ice cream at all. Some of the restaurant staff were rude. It's not a language barrier as some smiled and gestured to communicate. The rooms were very basic but you pay for what you get I suppose. Needs re wiring and a lick of paint or too wouldn't go amiss. I was pleased that they let me stay in my room for longer free of charge because I had a night flight. They provide us rolls, sandwiches, fruit and water which was nice. I'm not sure if I would go to that hotel again. I'd like to try others. I loved the location because it was right at the beginning of the *****. Things were a bit pricey.

Brilliant hotel great location stayed for a week in this hotel could have stayed longer, yes it is 3 star but it is what you make it the food in the restaurant/ cafeteria as some people called it was nice and with plenty of choice we certainly didn’t starve and tried lots of different things would we return the answer is definitely yes

I stayed here with my partner and 10yr son. Our accommodation was one of the family apartments that is separate from the main building, it was clean and very spacious, although I did find the layout rather odd, we had a separate bedroom with 2 singles making a double bed, and the TV was in that room, with the mirror behind it, then in the kitchen/living area, we had no settee just 2 single beds, wardrobe, drawers, a kitchen table, washing machine and a fridge freezer, it really did feel like you was sleeping in the kitchen lol, the bathroom was a good size, we only had a shower, oddly they was no shaver plug in the bathroom. we did have room service every day and providing we left our dirty towels out they gave us clean towels daily. We also had 2 balconies, although our view was the back of the slides. The biggest problem I found with the room was, we could only access the main site between 9-6 after that we had to walk all the way round to the main part of the hotel, on a plus side it does have 24/7 security which you don’t really get in the main part, other than the reception. The pool, is brilliant my son loved the slides and the little pirate ship, only problem was it was too cold for him. The entertainment is poor, the animation team are brilliant with what they do, they’re great at getting you involved and really good at remembering who people are, which makes you feel very welcomed, unfortunately there just isn’t enough of it, long periods of time with no music or entertainment. The food, breakfast, lunch and dinner both me and my partner found something to eat, we can be fussy, but did manage to eat, my son however did not, although I can say chips and some kind of chicken nuggets, or sausages was on the menu, he just did not give it a go. I would say that the food is more catered for other countries, not the British. The hotel facilities, the kids have PS4’s which cost around £4 for 1hr and a games room, with some arcade games and pool tables, all do cost, but are not expensive to use. There are a couple of bars within the hotel, but no real place you can sit and enjoy yourself, I must also add the drinks are very strong and you only get little plastic cups, even for the coffee and tea. The staff always seemed pleasant and helpful. We did have a fab holiday, and didn’t let anything in the hotel really bother us, we excepted it for what it is a 3* hotel, cheap and no frills.

First of all the hotel is so out of date desperately needs updating , you have to get out of a bath that so big that you have to hold on to it to make sure you don’t fall , staff so rude and food is absolutely awful , i wouldn’t recommend staying here at all never 😡

Absolutely a disgrace of a hotel disgusting rooms bed bugs we got offered four other rooms and they were worse than ours ment to be family superior room they were that small we couldn't unpack food out of ten probably a 3 staff most ok but they couldn't understand clenseness we had to fumigation in our room get all mattress changed plus bedding blood stains on the carpets this hotel is prime location but letting there self down needs a full revamp but would never go back lots of love Bulgaria

Pools and slides are amazing although pool area is locked if until 9 am so you get the stupid crazy 9am dash for a lounger when the lifeguards open up Most of the staff are friendly enough although the snack bar staff are vile and offensively rude and ignorant and just either shout at you or completely ignore you Location is right in the heart of flower street so central to everything Rooms are tiny Food is average at best and very repetitive Drinks are strong and serves in little party size plastic glasses Daytime entertainment is good Evening entertainment is ok Plenty to do locally No safe in your room they are all at reception Games bar is fun with pool tables etc Definitely worth a stay if the price is right
