Hotel Glarus Beach

Disgusting food, ignorant people, tables never cleaned, no serviette’s, not 1 bit of English food, would rather starve, little biscuits for snacks, no icecream till 3pm & only choice of 2 lolly’s, only 2 drinks per person, no where could get anything for yourselves, hotel even gave a family of there own kind a cctv recording of my granddaughter because she used a rubber ring that was just left and made a big thing of it, was disgraceful, I always go to Laguna hotel which is the best hotel I have ever been too, but only had 4 nights & this glass hotel came up, £1,000 wasted, they could not pay me to even go there again, please do not book this, didn’t even look like any pictures 🤮 🤮🤮🤮

Very disapointed in this hotel the staff was really rude the man on the snack bar is name is ivan was horrible they dont cater for the english around the pool very slippy no hand rails the pool was very cold the sea was warmer i saw so many people slip... on the bridge was slippy aswell the safe boxes was in the lobby you couldnt have one in your room no kettle in the room... room was ok the people was really rude pushing in the resturante no please or thankyou s at all would not go back to this hotel ...feel like we wasted our money this was not a all inclusive hotel and definatley a 3 *** dont book in this hotel

I had a very bad experience at Glarus Sports Bar. A man positioned at the front of the bar was behaving aggressively and inappropriately pressuring passers-by, especially women, in a way that felt predatory and uncomfortable. He was also rude to male customers. I was asked to leave my table after ordering a drink, just so he could seat two women he was harassing outside. This is absolutely unacceptable and reflects very badly on the bar’s management. Avoid if you respect decent service and basic manners.

So many negatives for a all-inclusive..no bottle waters have to carry your own some the shops..no pool towels you have to buy them from the shop..no sun loungers on the beach..no music around the pool during the day..if you need a sun lounger around the pool you have to get up at crack of dawn..come dinnertime most of the pool area is in the shade.. don't bother paying extra cash for sea view as we did... nice during the day but come night fall the noise from the Glarus bar blasting out also if you have kids the foul mouth DJ swearing all the time..to be honest I didn't mind the food but the beer was terrible..we will never go back to this hell hole..also be careful on the bridge leading to the beach it's very slippery..there are plenty of other hotels around to check out instead of this one.. Good luck if you have booked.

Paid extra for sea view room , wished we hadn’t due to excessive heavy beat music from Kimbo beach bar opposite , the aura bar music and the Karaoke in the Glarus bar all trying to compete with loudness preventing a decent nights sleep . Rooms clean and food ok but if you value your sleep get a back room .

Staying at glarus hotel never again can't wait to go home ,no sleep for a fortnight noise outside hotel from bar Kimbo ridiculous playing music till all ours even ear plugs don't drown out the noise payed extra for sea view what a waste of money ,pillows seen better days lumpy and uncomfortable, glarus bar and aura bar same music every night till late on the plus side rooms cleaned everyday day one cleaning lady very nice and friendly went out of her way to speak with us .if you want a good night sleep I suggest a room at back of hotel or different hotel all together for your sanity we won't be back to this hotel I would not recommend at all
