We ordered room in this hotel , the air conditioner wasn’t working at our room, took 3 days to change the room , the service is so slow and not effective , the food is very low and poor , the hotel is so old !!! This is the last time I ever come to this hotel !
I don’t recommend to come for this hotel !!This is shame !

Nice clean room. Cleaned daily. Had a good view facing the sea. If you don't like to much noise then facing the sea is not for you. There is alot of noise especially from Route 66 bar and Irish bar. Mixed with the children's animation it is quite chaotic. The food is okish. But if you want eggs bacon beans etc these were stone cold everyday. Alot of people were complaining as the pastries were always hot. Puddings lovely and alot of choice. Beach is amazing and sea so warm. Sun beds on beach £5 each. We didn't want umbrella so don't know what that was price wise. Entertainment on Flower Street was very good and barman in Central was great and provided a great service. Overall was a good holiday but if there's rain there is not alot to do in this hotel unfortunately.

Hotel was goed en de kamers ook alleen word er niet veel gekuisd eten was redelijk soms koud en druk in restaurant Personeel niet vriendelijk alleen tegen eigen volk veel Oekraïne denken dat ze alles mogen Je hebt een bad op de kamer maar geen stop

Very good food, especially pasta for dinner and pancakes for breakfast, special thanks to the animators . The hotel is clean pleasant, very nice and nice cleaning lady, good attitude to the guests. But I would like more water slides and it would be a buzz. And why can't you jump in the pool, I love to jump. For children everything is done very well.

Prima hotel, jammer van het lawaai hele nachten van de kermis op het plein. Leuke animatie. Maar zeer druk hotel heel veel volk aanwezig waardoor er te weinig plaats is om te eten en er lange wachttijden zijn . Ook weinig logaritmes voor iedereen .

Rooms were a good standard, air conditioning, tv, lovely rooms, spacious, clean and well maintained. 2 pools to chose from which were both lovely. Food was a good variety and had a couple of theme nights. Drinks were nice, very strong! Entertainment great, especially Kris who was charming and funny! Couldn’t fault the trip and would definitely return!

Great place, great team! A realy fun and relaxing place to de with your family. The food was great, to. Very clean rooms. Great place for kids. A lot of fun things to do for them. The pools are clean and big. The Best experience ever! I shall return here.

I love this place!I like the animation team because I can talk whith them like I talk with my friends.I love the hotel because is soo clean,the rooms are soo large and you can do anything you want,the food is soo good and I can teste something different in different day,the drinks are delicios and the workers are soo sweet with me.I can go to beach in only 3 minutes and I can go to shop in only 1 minute and this is soo good because I can have more free time.I thing i will come here next summer because this place is soo familiar for me.This place is perfect!!!!❤️❤️❤️❤️
