Не советую этот отель. Отель четырёхзвёздочный но по факту даже на три звезды не тянет. В номере воняло туалетом невозможно. Телевизоры не работают. Питание одно и тоже в каждый день. В общем я отдыхом в данном отеле недовольна. Единственный плюс в данном отеле что они поздравили меня на день рождения бутылочки шампанского. Ну хотела сказать в случае если будете выбирать отдых не советую данный отель по деньгам Берут то же самое что и другие и хорошие отели.

There is no way this hotel is a 4 star. Me and my partner booked this hotel through love holidays and it says that there is a gym, sauna, spa, a shop and two bars, however none of this is true. My partners daughter who is 11 years old was reduced to tears after being told that she cannot use the main swimming pool without an adult even though she can swim and is very confident, but there were no signs to say so how is anybody supposed to know, luckily there was another couple who had an 18 year old daughter who very kindly offered to go into the pool with her and that put her at ease. The food could of been better, there were times when it was lukewarm. One of the chairs on our balcony was broken. On our second to last night we got back to our room after a day trip to find that the ceiling was leaking, luckily enough we were given another room. There is no way on earth I would ever stay at this hotel again.

Well where do we start. The food is extremely limited and what there is was raw or watery. We stayed all inclusive but when we arrived we found out that the only bar closed for 2 hours every afternoon. They had no diet drinks despite it showing on the pumps. One evening at 7pm the lemonade went off and we were informed it wouldn't get re connected until the next day. Even then we had had to chase it up as they were serving soda water. States on the listing that it has a children's swimming area. This was a 70cm deep splash pool that staff were insisting all Children swam in - including our 18 year old child who they thought was under age (despite having a copy of the passport) but the staff never mentioned this to parents or had any signs just approached the children and told them they had to get out. The rooms were only cleaned once per week. Which isn't an issue for me due to my ocd but having no bin I'm unsure how they expected it to stay clean.

Отдыхали в этом отеле всей семьей …Если можно это так назвать .. Еда: Готовили и подавали как свиньям ! Овощи каждый день приходилось осматривать так как гнилье было везде… фрукты были либо не дозревшими либо перезревшими . Разнообразия в десертах не было. Колбасно- сырные нарезки были только с утра . Горячие блюда постоянно сгоревшие либо же пересушенные( невкусно ) . На столах раздачи ОЧЕНЬ грязно , везде валяются куски еды . На столиках для гостей не вытирают совсем ! Напитки : Удивило что аппаратный кофе можно пить только по утрам , потом его накрывали салфеткой . В обед и вечером можно попить из кувшина «типо кофе » ,но это не кофе а бармотуха похожая на цикорий ! Сок не натуральный , это будто бы порошок разведенный с большим количеством воды . Есть: спрайт, кола, вода. Алкогольные напитки : вино есть 3 видов (белое , красное, розовое ). Пиво на разлив . В баре на бассейне также пиво , водка , ракия , алкогольные коктейли , спрайт , кола, тоник . В столовой очень грязно полы будто не моются и такая атмосфера во всем отеле ! Перед входом в столовую расположен туалет с которого разит мочей!!!🤮 В номерах забывают убирать ! Возле бассейна также убирать никто не хочет ! Про персонал : Не располагающий к себе , не приветливый (столовая), нет подобающей формы (особенно касается официанток) . На бассейне по вечерам завывает женщина, не имеющая представления о музыке … В общем развлекательной программы по сути нет .. Единственный приветливый и приятный сотрудник - это бармен на бассейне. В общем мы считали дни до отъезда , это худший отель в котором я бывала !!! Я считаю что он не заслуживает 4 звезды , так как это не 4 звезды !
