Barcelo Royal Beach Hotel

Just coming to the end of our 2 week holiday at the Barcelo Royal beach. There are so many good things to say about it. Let's start with the room very spacious and clean the food 👌 😋 there has not been one meal that we haven't enjoyed plenty to choose from lots of seafood and much more. Last night the customer relations manager did a wonderful show music from the 80 /90 he had lots of the guests on stage with him dancing .location of the hotel is only a minute away from the main beach and the the shops. The pool area is spacious with 3 pools and one indoor pool. Staff are friendly over all our stay has been a happy and positive one. Robert and Colin

Very nice hotel with all the facilities you need. Excellent service on the last day when we weren't flying until 9 pm. They gave us a late check-out with no extra charge! Thank you!

The food was great, but many aspects of this hotel were very disappointing for a 5-star property. Evening shows started very late and lasted only about an hour, and the kids’ party didn’t begin until 8:30 pm, which felt too late for children. Music was only audible at the main swimming pool area. There was no signage outside the hotel (for example, for the towel station), making it hard to find things. Evening drinks were served in plastic cups, which felt cheap for a supposedly 5-star hotel. The rooms were not properly cleaned – only the towels were changed daily on request and the bins emptied. On arrival, there was no welcome pack or information about the hotel, such as breakfast or lunch times, locations, or available activities. The fridge in the room was empty and, surprisingly for a 5-star hotel, not even a bottle of water was provided. When I asked for water, I was told to buy it myself. Overall, while the food was enjoyable, the lack of basic services and amenities (especially no complimentary drinks or bottled water) is unacceptable for a hotel marketed as 5-star.

Had a great stay for 10days, the room was very clean and spacious, I have an allergy and the management was really helpful in informing me every meal time what I could eat etc, The best entertainment was one of the managers Todor brilliant voice

Excellent stay. Great hotel, staff and food. Todoes the guest relations manager is very friendly, accommodating and helpful. He is also the singer from the show, Modern Talking. Excellent show.
