I stayed at Helena Sands first week of July. Everything was top! Large and fancy rooms, beautiful view to the sea, they changed towels every day, also linen was changed often, design is very beautiful, a lot of paintings, food was gorgeous and very mixed, a lot of fruits, all types of meat and fish, seafood, cakes were waw ! I like that there is a tower with a big clock and we could see what time is from the beach and from our balcony.The beach was lovely, the sea was quite and warm, no waves, soft sand at the bottom of the water, a real pleasure to enter into the water. I loved that it was very quiet, more quite than Helena Park, maybe because it has half board concept and most people with kids go to Helena Park which has all inclusive and a lot of entertainers. I definitely come back again to Helena Sands.

Good hotel , very clean. Plenty of sun beds around pool and on beach which are free for hotel guests. Food was excellent and varied. The Entainment team are a little over enthusiastic .

What a fabulous hotel could not fault the staff and the hotel. We only had bed and breakfast the breakfast bar was vast everything you could wish for and more. Excellent coffee as well. Breakfast staff speak multiple languages and very helpful. The room is spacious very clean as well as the swimming pool area being very clean and well run. We used the spa that was very reasonably priced and the highest quality. The reception staff speak multiple languages and are extremely friendly. Definitely returning can’t wait to come back.

We have just arrive back from a wonderful holiday at the Helena Sands hotel Sunny Beach. Everything about this hotel is top notch. Located at the quieter end right on the beautiful beach which goes on for miles. Great for walkers. This hotel is very well maintained and the grounds are stunning with trees, shrubs and beautiful flowers. The smell of the rose bushes were intoxicating. The rooms are very large and cleaned every day, the staff are happy and friendly. I don’t want to go on and repeat what’s in all the other good reviews but I honestly didn’t want to leave. Thank you everyone who works at this hotel, Bulgaria and it’s people are lovely

This is a little gem with everything you'll need, including a beautifully appointed spa Austrian style steam house, an outstanding hamam and massage therapist, gym, and indoor pool. The rooms are immaculately kept, and the food is varied, creative and locally produced, and tables are laid with fresh linen - lovely! I could live on the soups and fresh bread alone! It has a laid-back vibe, great staff, and it is the only hotel I have ever re-visited and will continue to revisit. It was so good I stayed an extra week and have booked my return in September. Well done to everyone. See you soon x

Trato del staff horrible, para nada un hotel 5*
Habitacion amplia y con vistas preciosas de la playa. Piscina de un tamaño decente y cerca de la playa. Eso es todo lo bueno que podemos decir del sitio.
Trato del staff horrible, el buffet estaba bueno pero el primer dia casi ni cenamos porque les dio por ponerse a recoger casi media hora antes de la hora prevista de fin. Nos sentimos agobiados en todo momento para cenar como patos. A pesar de pagar ampliamente por la habitacion. Las tumbonas balinesas y otras de color rojo no estan incluidas en el precio. Tienes que irte a otras que estan incluidad en la habitacion donde practicamente no hay ni espacio. En el desayuno si te descuidas te retiran el plato mientras comes. El staff no habla casi nada de ingles y la estacion que hace comida a la plancha fue incapaz de hacerle una tortilla simple a mi mujer embarazada. A la salida, dijimos que no usamos nada del minibar y nos dijeron que mandaban a alguien a corroborar si era verdad lo que deciamos (nos dijeron eso a nuestra cara). Para flipar, para nada una experiencia 5*, el staff no vale ni para una pension.
Tampoco hay nada en el resort, en el de al lado tenian musica en directo etc. En el nuestro solo karaoke 1 vez a la semana!!! No coincidio con nuestra visita. Hay opciones mejores y mas baratas cerca.

The location is perfect, the grounds are beautifully landscaped. The food is great and the staff is friendly. The cleaning crew could be more attentive to details, for example wash the cups that have been used and make sure there is a vanity kit in the bathroom. Overall, a great experience!

What an incredible hotel! From the moment we arrived, everything was spot on. The place was spotlessly clean, and the staff were some of the friendliest and most helpful I’ve ever come across. The buffet breakfast and evening meals had so much variety — there was something for everyone, and it was all delicious. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with plenty of space to relax. I also booked a manicure, pedicure, and massage at the spa — all three treatments were absolutely amazing and so relaxing. Total bliss! The cocktails were top-notch, too — perfectly mixed and very reasonably priced. The location couldn’t be better: right on the beach and just steps from a lively street full of shops, bars, and restaurants. We had such a great time and would definitely return without hesitation. Highly recommend this gem of a hotel!
