I stayed at Helena Sands first week of July. Everything was top! Large and fancy rooms, beautiful view to the sea, they changed towels every day, also linen was changed often, design is very beautiful, a lot of paintings, food was gorgeous and very mixed, a lot of fruits, all types of meat and fish, seafood, cakes were waw ! I like that there is a tower with a big clock and we could see what time is from the beach and from our balcony.The beach was lovely, the sea was quite and warm, no waves, soft sand at the bottom of the water, a real pleasure to enter into the water. I loved that it was very quiet, more quite than Helena Park, maybe because it has half board concept and most people with kids go to Helena Park which has all inclusive and a lot of entertainers. I definitely come back again to Helena Sands.

Good hotel , very clean. Plenty of sun beds around pool and on beach which are free for hotel guests. Food was excellent and varied. The Entainment team are a little over enthusiastic .

What a fabulous hotel could not fault the staff and the hotel. We only had bed and breakfast the breakfast bar was vast everything you could wish for and more. Excellent coffee as well. Breakfast staff speak multiple languages and very helpful. The room is spacious very clean as well as the swimming pool area being very clean and well run. We used the spa that was very reasonably priced and the highest quality. The reception staff speak multiple languages and are extremely friendly. Definitely returning can’t wait to come back.

We have just arrive back from a wonderful holiday at the Helena Sands hotel Sunny Beach. Everything about this hotel is top notch. Located at the quieter end right on the beautiful beach which goes on for miles. Great for walkers. This hotel is very well maintained and the grounds are stunning with trees, shrubs and beautiful flowers. The smell of the rose bushes were intoxicating. The rooms are very large and cleaned every day, the staff are happy and friendly. I don’t want to go on and repeat what’s in all the other good reviews but I honestly didn’t want to leave. Thank you everyone who works at this hotel, Bulgaria and it’s people are lovely

This is a little gem with everything you'll need, including a beautifully appointed spa Austrian style steam house, an outstanding hamam and massage therapist, gym, and indoor pool. The rooms are immaculately kept, and the food is varied, creative and locally produced, and tables are laid with fresh linen - lovely! I could live on the soups and fresh bread alone! It has a laid-back vibe, great staff, and it is the only hotel I have ever re-visited and will continue to revisit. It was so good I stayed an extra week and have booked my return in September. Well done to everyone. See you soon x

What an incredible hotel! From the moment we arrived, everything was spot on. The place was spotlessly clean, and the staff were some of the friendliest and most helpful I’ve ever come across. The buffet breakfast and evening meals had so much variety — there was something for everyone, and it was all delicious. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with plenty of space to relax. I also booked a manicure, pedicure, and massage at the spa — all three treatments were absolutely amazing and so relaxing. Total bliss! The cocktails were top-notch, too — perfectly mixed and very reasonably priced. The location couldn’t be better: right on the beach and just steps from a lively street full of shops, bars, and restaurants. We had such a great time and would definitely return without hesitation. Highly recommend this gem of a hotel!

Here last October and back again - returning to a hotel is a first for us in over 40 years. Hotel is elegantly built, sea view rooms large although as others point out getting in and out of bath/shower can be a challenge. Food is buffet with an amazing selection, particularly breakfast. It is about 2km from the centre, so quiet. As in our 80s we often take the bus opposite the sister hotel one way. It's £1 to centre or £1.5 to Nessebar. Plenty of sunbeds on beach and around pool. We do miss how well towels and beds were managed last time (if a bit strict 😊). The beach is wide and as we seem to be in a lagoon usually very calm.

das Hotel verdient höchstes Lob, es ist einfach nur sagenhaft. Es gibt Nichts, aber auch gar Nichts zu bemängeln. wir hatten einen total schönen Aufenthalt dort und jeder Wunsch wurde uns von den Augen abgelesen und erfüllt. Auch, wenn es ein Snack nachts um 01.00h war. Ich kann und werde das Hotel jedem empfehlen, der wert auf Kompfort und Ruhe legt.
