The animation team was very good. Every day there is a different show. We watched every day. Come here and do not miss the Alaska show. You have never seen such a good show. It was very interesting.

Hotel terrible , on check in we were brought to the beyond of the hotel room was ok size very dated opened balcony door to be met with a forest growing into the balcony we couldn’t sit out on it once ,food disgusting very bad eat once or twice paid all inclusive but eat out most meals plus over crowded was a battle to try fill your plate , reception staff absolutely the rudest people iv ever had to deal with, partner got eat alive in the bed with bed bugs , lamp shade covered in them Was like there nest reception done nothing we had to go buy our own room spray to try rid of them avoid room 256

We've just spent 14 nights here and unfortunately it was abit of a let down. First thing I would like to say is the positives, it's in a good location, the pool is great and some of the staff were lovely. However we found many staff members rude, some of the bar staff were lovely, the security guards were very helpful and also a massive shout out to the cleaners who were amazing and so friendly. The food was atrocious, it was either bland, mushy or just tasted horrible, we paid for all inclusive and we forced ourselves to use the buffet a handful of times, only after checking it out beforehand, it is also not big enough as everyone pushes in and queues for ages. It's also advertised that exported alcohol would be included, however this was never the case, a lady even asked the bar staff and they said it's chargeable only, so immediately this was missold. Unfortunately the hotel needs some work doing to it, my room had a big black mold mark on the ceiling near the Aircon and also the bathroom would smell of excrement in the morning as the drain in the bathroom had it running through, so very unpleasant. The entertainment was very lackluster as well, they obviously were worrying but sadly it was not great. This hotel advertised itself as a 4 star, this is clearly not the case, it's 3 star at best. I would also say that this hotel is not in anyway catered for British tourism so I would politely avoid.
