Worst hotel ever. We were half board. Some staff extremely unfriendly and rude. Cleaning staff were better. Food was abysmal, always cold and venue never varied. Cleanliness was exceptional but room sizes were cramped. Beds were really low. Attitude:3/10 Friendliness 2/10 Quality of stay 4/10 Food 1/10 The country is beautiful and restaurants outside are welcoming with good food. If you want to be entertained and welcomed then chose another hotel.

*** AVOID AT ALL COST *** I know it’s a cheap hotel & some people can be very picky but believe me it’s the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in, rooms are not like the photos on advertisement, Air con don’t work, rooms dark and horrid, fridge dumped in middle of floor, dirty grey nets up, don’t get me started on the food, late arrivals are given a stale sandwich for tea, canteen is the same foods every day so if u don’t like meatballls, duck, grilled fish or pork steaks, everything is skinny fries, mixed veg or salad, nothing for the kids, odd time their will be pizza, desserts are just as awful,, would I go back to this hotel……… never again it’s ruined my holiday, wish I’d staying in a B&B instead of this hell hole., not just me complaining loads were.

“Very dirty room, mold everywhere – owner says it’s normal for economy!” Asked to move, owner said mold is normal in economy rooms”

When we arrive at this hotel that’s about 1 o’clock in the morning always good it appeared to be quiet area perfect for families and children. When we got up in the morning. Everything is okay. We went for breakfast as our lunch and tea then we noticed the meat that was prepared like burgers and Meatballs was not cooked. They were raw inside. They are only two lifts in this hotel for what we saw two decent size pools one adult and one for children I have noticed that some of the sunbeds are damaged or broken and they were left out for people to use in the daytime The area as well looked after, they’re have Cleaners coming at 8 o’clock tomorrow morning to clean the pool area and benches they have a football pitch for the children to play but when it comes to the entertainment at night time it was only occasional like bingo and playing music quiz. There was a children’s entertainment between 7 pm and 9 pm where they got the children to dance songs and stuff There was entertainment in the daytime like playing darts or other board games if you come with your family or friends, you have to look for your entertainment elsewhere further along on Sunny beach if you come with mother father and children, it is ideal place to come

Worst hotel we ever stayed at. The room was atrocious wallpaper hanging off threadbare carpet cobwebs everywhere shower tiles broken with sharp edges mini fridge no shelves and covered in mould and mildew everywhere else was just filthy beds had broken slats. We asked reception for another room but told they were all for the next 4 days. We contacted the tour operator the same night even though it was nearly midnight .they said they would get it sorted ASAP. But we would have to stay in the room for the night. Early morning a lovely lady by the name of Tanya who was the day time receptionist called to say that we were going to get another room and couldn't apologise enough apparently we were put in the wrong room it was like something out of a horror film. Our tour operator rang the hotel and arranged for us to get another room that had been renovated it was like premium room Tanya was a absolute gem.but that was just the start of things to come the food in the restaurant was really basic the chicken was under cooked and pink in the middle nothing looked appetising at all The waiter staff were all young kids none talked English and were very ignorant as was the restaurant manager and the chef looks like a homeless person very scruffy in appearance no uniform. The lifeguard wasn't interested in his job just sat around the pool bar on his phone. If you like your holiday accommodation like a prison cell and your not bothered about the cleanliness of the hotel and under cooked food prepared by a tramp then is the place for you. In my opinion you should avoid this hotel at all costs. You have been warned ⚠️

To start this off the room is very dated but believe there are in the middle of renovating most of them so this won't be an issue for longer. In our room there were no cupboards so it felt like you were living out of your suitcase. No safes are in rooms, only safe deposit boxes located at reception for 10 Lev per night. The room was very clean which was nice but aftera few nights of us keeping on top of it too it felt like the floor was becoming sandh and the beds didn't feel like they had been changed just straightened. Food was awful there was no ids section and found ourselves eating out most nights after trying bits and bobs in the hotel drinks taste watered down as you expect although we didn't expect apple orange and cherry to be. Two nights back to back the chicken was raw and pink, we informed reception both times and they seemed like they couldn't care less, compared to other hotels in Bulgaria have been too the staff seemed to have quite a barrier with English speaking and struggled with it. Pool and outside area is very nice, although sometimes it feels a bit shaded in sunbeds as there are too many permanent shaded fixtures you can't move, never struggled to get a sun bed which is a positive. the main reception and corridors are nice too but the hotel on the outside is very dated. The pool was lovely and seemed clean. The only issue is the tiles of the pool are falling off left, right and centre as you swim and stand up you feel them loose under your feet and they're off everywhere the pool could do with some serious maintenance. On a night time we struggled to get to sleep due to the John smiths pub over the road as the provided good entertainment to people passing by with karaoke and live singers each night although this meant due to hotel being opposite it, it would be very noisy from around 20:00 until 23:30 and you will struggle to go to bed early but it does die off the sound eventually.

AVOID AVOID AVOID. THIS HOTEL IS A DISGRACE.!!!!! Hotel zafir!!!!! worst hotel I've ever been too in my life. It is disgusting!!!!!!! Rooms absolutely filthy, food horrendous staff are incredibly rude. Will never come back here again. We booked for 3 of us to come. And they had no knowledge of my son attending. And gave us a mattress for him to sleep in On the floor. Beds broken toilet sink cracked shower head black and rusty. They don't help at all. Basically told us to deal with it. Angry is an understatement. Avoid at all costs.
