Hotel Baikal - All Inclusive

Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren, ich hatte das Vergnügen, meinen Urlaub in Ihrem wunderbaren Hotel Baikal in Bulgarien am Sonnenstrand zu verbringen und möchte diese Gelegenheit nutzen, um eine Bewertung abzugeben, die sowohl das Hotel als auch die Animation würdigt. Von dem Moment an, als ich das Hotel betrat, war ich von der eleganten und einladenden Atmosphäre begeistert. Die Lobby strahlt eine Mischung aus Luxus und Gemütlichkeit aus, die sofort Wohlbefinden vermittelt. Mein Zimmer war makellos sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, mit einem atemberaubenden Blick auf die umliegende Landschaft. Die Betten waren besonders komfortabel, was für erholsame Nächte sorgte. Ein herausragendes Merkmal Ihres Hotels ist jedoch das Animationsteam. Ich habe selten ein so engagiertes und kreatives Team erlebt. Die Aktivitäten waren abwechslungsreich und auf hohem Niveau, sodass sowohl Kinder als auch Erwachsene stets gut unterhalten wurden. Besonders die abendlichen Shows waren ein Highlight – von beeindruckenden Tanzdarbietungen bis hin zu humorvollen Theatervorstellungen war für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei. Die Animateure schafften es immer wieder, das Publikum zu begeistern und zum Mitmachen zu animieren, ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Die Freundlichkeit und Professionalität des gesamten Personals verdienen ebenfalls eine besondere Erwähnung. Jeder Wunsch wurde mir quasi von den Augen abgelesen, und ich fühlte mich rundum umsorgt. Das kulinarische Angebot war exquisit, mit einer breiten Auswahl an köstlichen Gerichten, die jeden Tag aufs Neue überraschten. Zusammenfassend war mein Aufenthalt in Ihrem Hotel ein unvergessliches Erlebnis. Die Kombination aus erstklassigem Service, hervorragenden Einrichtungen und einem außergewöhnlichen Animationsteam hat meinen Urlaub zu etwas ganz Besonderem gemacht. Very nice hotel, we stayed there from 09-07 to 16-07 at the beginning there were not too many people but when we left it was too much the swimming pool too small for the people and the deckchairs unfortunately had to be gets up at 6:45 a.m. to have some and stay there so as not to have to take the towels, excellent food level I recommend the snack outside the kebabs are excellent too good, the evening meal repetitive but very good there has a choice all the same, the rooms are quite small if you are a family of 3 the rooms are really close together as well as the balconies and you can hear everything people say... no porter you have to carry your suitcase alone and one side of the hotel there is no elevator it was quite complicated, otherwise in the city bring pocket money because there are shops everywhere these really are the strong point of this town there is everything and these great, the sea the same it is great and not too dirty we went to kikki beach and we paid 20 euros for 3 deckchairs as well as the parasol and we could order food and drinks and they came to serve us it was super nice, level of the hotel is well worth a 4 star apart from lunch and soup as soon as we have barely finished he takes back the plates as well as the glasses these the only downside, bring lots of sunscreen because it was mega hot it was unbearable otherwise nothing to say
