This is a true hidden gem and a lovely base to pursue our favourite hobby of bird-watching. The resort is so quiet and comforting! It is always a restorative stay and we will be back for sure!

The high quality design and fixtures at the Villas were impressive. We knew others who had stayed there, so we were not surprised by the very nice interior and decoration we found. A small thing: we really loved the little penguin ornament! Would love to know where to buy one! Good thing we are not thieves ;) The owner was extremely friendly, and we greatly appreciated her getting the heating on ahead of our late arrival as it was freezing weather. We would not hesitate to recommend this very comfortable accommodation but with a couple of comments: We do think that losing 30% in an administration fee if you cancel any time after booking (greater than three days prior) is a fairly hefty penalty so be certain of your dates, I guess! The prices are above average for country accommodation a reasonable distance out of town but if you enjoy staying in something ‘nice’ it’d be hard to be disappointed. One nice touch might be to supply a couple of little local treats amongst the continental breakfast offering - some local dried apricots or local jams etc, rather than sugary pots of two-fruits, just to promote the wonderful fresh foodie area the Riverland is.

Beautiful Villas in a stunning and peaceful location. Very relaxing and great spot for golfers.
Be sure to stock up as food and cooking options are minimal.
Great food available in Waikerie but not an option if your relaxing and drinking

The Villas are a ten minute drive out of Waikerie but the quiet and serenity of the villas is worth it.
There is a kitchenette in the villa and BBQ facilities available. We chose the easy drive into Waikerie for hotel & cafe dining options.
I highly recommend staying here whilst in the Riverland.

Beautifully appointed unit.not huge but plenty big enough for two. The only negative was distance of the car park from the unit. Maybe 30m but quite a distance when unloading the car with heavy items Overall though it was a lovely place to stay and right on the Waikerie golf course
