Aircon is not cold enough in my room.
You can only access gym from 1pm to 10pm, and on Sunday there’s no staff to issue you gym voucher (the gym is not in hotel building so you need to request for voucher)
Sometimes they don’t clean room and they claim because the power card is still inserted in the room which makes them think there’s someone still in the room.
Anyway not many options of hotel in this small city so…

The floor, bed and table got ants dead body, call to clean up but didnt, very dissapointed, will try look for other hotel next time

The hotel environment is good, there are many shopping malls around, local specialties, the room is clean and sanitary, the service attitude is good, the facilities are complete, but the price is high and does not include breakfast
