Located a short taxi trip away from KLIA1 and KLIA2. However, it is not very convenient for a trip to the city. Hailing for a Grab depends on if there is one already nearby. The room itself is simple but good for family of 3 people with a double and a single beds. The shower room is very small and not very convenient when the toilet is also inside and is just beneath the shower. There is no provision of toiletries or slippers. The TV does not appear to be working. There is no tea or coffee making facilities but complimentary bottled water is provided. Counter staffs were excellent. There was no issues/fuss with returning of deposit.

All the staff were very kind. The room was small, but it was well cleaned and there were no problems. There is no elevator in the building. When I arrived, the receptionist carried my luggage up to the room, but I had to take it down by myself when I left.
The location is very bad, so you have to arrange a taxi early in advance to get to your next destination. I left here on a Sunday, and there was no taxi, and no Grab. The receptionist asked a friend to take me there (for a fee, of course), but it was very expensive.
