would have been better if the double room had a queen- or kingsize bed instead of two single beds placed together

This is a lovely lovely hotel interior wise with the lovely stairs for starters and the bar and restaurant to follow it. Staff was very nice all over. The bed was in a dire need of "must-be-changed" as we met in the middle of it a lot, which is nice, but not all night! It was freezing cold all over the hotel and we was a bit late so no extra heater for us as they were all gone!

A very luxurious bit abit unattended rooms. Flickering rooflights, broken cord on the closet iron and no handsoap. Small issues but the hotell gives a very luxurious impression so these small things matters. Also hallway floors outside the rooms was dirty with spilled food.

Nice building, good locaton. The breakfast is behind the low score. Over crowded, would have been better if possible to book a time slot like at many hotels even after Covid. No scrambled eggs, sussages, meatballs, baked beans, beacon etc. You'll get coffe, sandwiches and yoghurt. We'll choose another hotel next time due to the breakfast and the arrangement. We were curious about booking the Christmas table dinner closer to Christmas. Won't happen after the breakfast experience.

My favourite in Sundsvall is this hotel. Nice and friendly service, large breakfast, clean rooms and priceworthy. Quick check-in and clean rooms with the necessary items needed for am overnight stay. Quiet location and stylish building.

Excellent size room,with excellent shower and room facilities. The pub is large with friendly staff. Very good breakfast, but come early on weekends, as it gets busy. IT is situated close to restaurants and shops

I stayed at the Elite Hotel Knaust for 2 nights while in Sundsvall for work. The welcome was warm and genuine. The room was comfortable and spacious. The house bar was wonderful and the barman was an excellent host (great selection of local gin). My colleague and I dined at the hotel restaurant for lunch and the meal was absolutely fantastic. We used the lounge as a place to work. A thoroughly wonderful stay.

Schönstes Hotel in Schweden! Gute Lage im Zentrum und nur 10 Minuten zu Fuss vom Bahnhof. Sehr schönes Ambiente im Hotel. Sogar eine Lounge ist da. Schönes Zimmer, bequeme Betten. Grosszügiges Frühstück im Spiegelsaal. Freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal an Réception. Grosszügige Sauna.
