The hotel was lovely. Sadly we’re had no idea that the valley of waves were closed, so this greatly limited our activities. Restaurants we wonderful and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Unfortunately staff was not helpful, porters just steer at us , i was traveling with elder people and they did not help us with the luggage, refused to walk 5 car to get the luggage I informed the front desk and still they did nothing, overall activities were good and well organized , safari and balloon. Unforgettable experience, breakfast buffet was average to the price paid , beautiful location and very convenient. Hopefully management train staff in hospitality to a better standard .

There happened to be a convention in Sun City, so all hotels were fully booked and only this hotel had rooms left. I was a little worried at first when I saw it only had three stars, but luckily it was OK, although the room was not big.

When we checked in, one of the rooms was not ready. Eventually when we got the room the air conditioner was not working and it was very cold and it was late at night after the music show. We didn’t get any help moving the luggage to the distant room.

Hôtel familial qui mériterait un peu de rénovation notamment au niveau des salles de bain. Le buffet du petit-déjeuner est bon, mais il se passe en extérieur, du coup il fait très froid si on prend le petit-déjeuner tôt le matin. Mais point positif : l’hôtel est bien placé, n’hésitez pas à vous rendre à pied au Sun Central, plus rapide que d’attendre une navette.
