A very good location . Walking distance to Braga street and near Bandung Train station . Bed is comfortable and the breakfast buffet is fantastic ! One thing to note about the swimming pool is cold as it is not a heated pool. Over all stay is pleasant and especially the staffs are so attentive , knowledgeable and friendly. Especially the male staff who did the check in for me. Can’t remember his name. Thank you so much.

As five star stander hotel , it looks Tidy and organized Clean and good service, high Security . The location in the city-centre , which means high traffic and noise at night , Clean wide room and comfortable bed , the breakfast Variety for options And taste. The staff friendly and good hospitality.

First time visit thisa hotel. The staffs are very friendly. The receptionist Satria explained me very clear and hospitable. First image is very welcome to this hotel. The facilities are very good. Although they are not a new hotel but well maintained. The gym equipments also good. Some problems related to the dinner quality, it was the satay maranggi menu. It was very bad hardness for 5 stars hotel standard. Need to be improved or take down the menu if it is not the favourite menu. The other thing was the room insulation. What a very annoying when motor bike sound can be heard inside the room until midnight.

Hotel is at the central of Bandung. Everything is good. But is a main road. In the night, your sleep will be disturbed by the sound of the traffic. If you want to go Dago and Lembang, this hotel location is far, at least 1 hour from hotel because Bandung is always heavy traffic during long weekends.

Impressed with the service staff at Mosaic Restaurant where I had the breakfast buffet, the clean up was quick and service came with smiles and quick response. I enjoyed the buffet spread of local cuisines, simple but done well, paired with thoughtful sauces. The Caesar salad was awesome, made on the spot with fresh vegetables in a cheese bowl. We stayed at the Executive room with access to the lounge. A great experience, rooms were clean, comfortable and well appointed. Staff at check-in were knowledgeable and professional - a special nod to Satria who went above the call of duty to make sure our stay at Crowne was superb!

Location is a bit inaccessible to Braga Walk. No convenience stores around either. However, breakfast was excellent and room was big for families.

Hotel was nice but dated. Shower area was nice but the water leaked. Breakfast was ok but crowded over the weekends.

Excellent services. Prompt reply and action whenever there's an issue. Constantly updating the progress. Do take note if you're a light sleeper, do not take room that is facing the pool side. Cos u can hear kids screaming playing even at 19th floor. N the prayer from nearby mosque will blast as early as 5am plus disrupting your skeep. Breakfast selection was excellent with locsl western selection. Basically spoilt for choices. There's also many interesting beverages like jamu n healthy pressed juices. Highly recommended for stay in bandung.
