Everything is good but when we ask for more mineral water and need to pay. When we go to other hotel for mineral water is free of charge and we can take how many we want.

A beautiful facility. And such wonderful staff. They were super friendly and took care of my dietary restriction vert well. Hot Masala Dosa FTW!!!

I booked 2 rooms, requested close to, the room was large, quite clean and comfortable, AC and Wifi are good, the children enjoy swimming in the pool upstairs, the receptionist is friendly served by Mr. Suwandai. Breakfast is quite varied. Security is also friendly and friendly. Thank you management Grand Pacific Bandung.

When I arrived earlier, I got early check in. I choose junior suite room and its big, clean, and excellent design. Then also all staff excellent perform and helpful. I booked for 2 nights and arrived around 4 PM. The check in process was smooth. After that i took a nap and woke up at 6 PMby the noise of people chatting from the room besides me. Turns out it was their TV noise and clearly heard in my room. I straigth up called the front office and waited, no one came. 5 mins later i called again and no one came. I stormed out to the front office because clearly no one cares met with the security. Instead of apologizing he said that he just about to checked. I was really upset and only after that they aware and tried to handled my situation. Finally after long discourse i moved to another room and promised to be moved to bigger room the next day since that night it was a full booked night. Moved to the new room, but it was a twin bed room merged into one (i reluctantly agreed, because my wife already said ok). Next day moved to bigger room, i believe it was the suite found out in the morning that the sheet was no clean (picture 1). To top it off, the room accoustic was as bad as normal room. I stayed in the furthest room of the corridor, but they open the corridor window and let the road noise got in the building. I woke up by the noise of parking attendant whistle (the loud one). Their suite has bathtub, but the hot water only warm. So when you want to take a long relaxing bath, the water became cold really quickly. My wife was asking for a shower cap, again i had to called twice to get it. Their service was really slow. I was too tired to complaint again, so better just pack my things and checked out from the hotel. If you looking a place to relax and get a good rest, find another hotel.

I don't know where to start with my review of Harris Hotel. The room was fabulous and clean, and the food was delicious. My family loved it as well. The mall is literally inside the hotel, so you just walk for 1 minute and you are at the mall. It's easy to find whatever you want for family and kids, from entertainment to food. The location is incredibly convenient, making it easy to explore the surrounding area without any hassle. The hotel staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any request. The amenities offered by the hotel are top-notch, from the comfortable beds to the modern facilities. I did not have the chance to try the spa or the massage, but I will definitely try them out when I book again at Harris Hotel. The overall experience was fantastic, and I felt truly welcomed throughout my stay. Thank you for the great hospitality. Great job!

Staying in this hotel is quite enjoyable. Although I took it not with breakfast. I happened to stay here because it was cheap and also close to the sate building (15 minutes walk). The hotel atmosphere is also comfortable and quiet because it is not on the roadside, plus there is a place to eat in front of the hotel also around a lot of janitors. So it's not a problem for my rubber stomach. Overall good, facilities are also ok. I'm sorry I didn't try the pool because I didn't have time.

Fresh, friendly, cozy and nice place to stay along bandung. Spacious chamber as well as delicious meal at breakfast experience. Two thumbs up. Guest supplies untuk dilengkapi lagi karna tidak ada sisir. Tapi untuk pelayanan restorannya sangat puas , ibu shella. Mba lilif , mba cherry , dan mba gita sangat ramah dan sangat membantu
