This place truly saved us when we first got to Sumter. We werent getting a house on Shaw for over a month and didnt know what we were going to do. And Mr. Greg said no problem I got you and had us in within days and I'm so grateful. Mr. Greg and the cleaning ladies were so amazing and so welcoming. Couldn't have asked for a better home before our home.

All of the reviews about this property and on site manager(Greg) match up for sure. Needed a real late check in & he made it happen. Lost my room key at 3am and Greg got me back in there haha. Rooms are very clean unlike alot of surrounding hotels, not one sign of ants or bed bugs or even spiders for that matter. The property outside is very quiet at night so no worry of loud noise when trying to sleep. Staying here a couple months for work & not one issue. Thanks Greg.

Nice, inexpensive, and great value!
Nice sized room with a small kitchenette, sitting room and bedroom. The gentleman that checked me in was the owner and SUPER helpful and friendly.

Good place to stay
Clean and was pretty quiet unlike the last hotel I stayed at. Fully equipped with stove and large fridge. Perfect for a few nights stay. Manager and staff were nice too.
