Rock hard bed, tiny bathroom, the pool was filthy and had things floating in it (like scum? Wads of hair and red things) l, the hot tubs surface is spikey and there’s no clear sign on how to operate it. The breakfast is mediocre at best. The elevator is tiny and sketchy. The pillows are nice

Been a while since I have seen such a spotlessly clean room / bathroom. Even a fresh toilet roll was put. The micro and fridge were absolutely clean. The Front Desk staff, Mark by name, is extremely polite, courteous. Liked the safety door latch. Not the new ones that hotels now install. The old ones for me are more secure. Only con for me was, the thermostat could not be switched off. The AC kicked in every x minutes. Since, the weather was pretty cool, the AC made it uncomfortable for me.

Meh..
HVAC didn’t work properly. Exterior door in back where she suggested i park- did NOT need a key card to get in any time that i went in or out (last time was 12:30am) weird tapping noises came from hallway in middle of night. No one was there. Beds were harder than last Country in. We stayed at days prior. 5/10 but for price. It worked to sleep

The entry to the hotel is littered with weeks on cigarette butts and other miscellaneous trash. Apparently they don't have a daily groundskeeper. Fitted sheet on king bed had all sorts of crumbs/little balls of idk what. Was pretty gross and had to call the front desk for a new sheet to remake our bed. Carpet was filthy with large stains and gummed in substances that were never scrubbed out. Bathroom is pathetic in a modern hotel. Shower has super small, dirty and rusted metal shower door, toilet paper holder that fell straight off first time anyone used it. Dirty ceiling above shower. Barely any in room amenities. Staff not particularly friendly or helpful. Rooms are inexpensive here for a reason, should have known better.

Well worth the cost. Family friendly
Friendly and professional staff. Breakfast was very good and the staff kept the breakfast area very clean and the food filled. Older building but the hotel was what we wanted and the pool was very warm and fun for children.

Loud/ needs updated
Loud, very very loud! Kids yelling and screaming and running through the halls. (At 1:00am the worker yelled stop running in the halls). Door had a massive gap in it and could clearly see through it, into the room. Shower was a small stand up only no tub.
