Staff polite when registering. Lobby is dark which makes it seem uninviting. Had to use electronic pad to sign saying agree with terms of hotel. The screen was not bright and print small and could not read it. I asked if the screen could be brighter and/or print enlarged. Was told no, that is how it is. She quickly said it just states quiet hours and hotel rules. I have no idea what I had to sign just to pay to stay at the hotel. Room was clean and sized ok for 2 adults and 2 kids. Pool area is nice, kids enjoyed it, hot tub relaxing and hot. There is a large heater duct in the pool area that really needs cleaned, really dirty. Breakfast a little sparse, normal powdered eggs, sausage, waffles and bread items. Only 1 coffee choice, no decaf in Breakfast area.

Stayed here on a Monday night. There was a baseball team also staying here so was forced to stay on the first floor. I assumed it would be horrifically loud but was pleasantly surprised it was not. Work out room is nice, breakfast was the usual cheap fare of fake eggs, pressed sausages and potatoes. The room, the last one, per the front desk staff bc of the baseball team REEKED. It smelled like wet gym shoes. Again, last room so can’t be moved. As I looked around the room in the morning the smell is mold. The carpet has mold in the corners. The bathroom ceiling is crinkled, the tub and shower stink the worst of all. The room was also missing a curtain, and the toilet paper holder was falling out of the wall. I can’t believe I paid 135 to stay here. Yes the sheets and towels were clean but the stench.

Easy stop right off interstate. Great pool and whirlpool area! Breakfast was the usual, and maybe perhaps a little less choice of items when compared with other hotels. The room was cleanish, but carpet and ceiling had many stains. Request to stay away from breakfast area if you’re a light sleeper.

Nice small room. Great hot tub. Exercise room on 3rd floor where our room was. Quiet. Average breakfast. STRANGE closet. (see photo) The rod is placed too far forward - the sliding doors couldn't be closed because the hangers stuck out. Pleasant staff. Many nearby restaurants.

We arrived 12-24 about 4 & the lobby was full but the young man was so polite clam & not frazzled at all. I didn’t ask for handicap but he was clearly on it because he accommendated me without asking.

Second stay for one night, November 3 for one adult two teens ..last stay was two years ago. This stay was fine although front desk could have been a little friendlier and welcoming. Common areas could be a little cleaner as well, but overall it was OK for the price paid and right across the street from splash Lagoon. The morning breakfast was sufficient to get us on our way. The room was updated and clean although you could tell it was older, but it is what it is. We didn’t use the pool area, but it looked OK and nice size pool and hot tub. I didn’t really check it out enough to see cleanliness or not. There is an IHOP in the parking lot and a convenience store next door which was appreciated. I would recommend and stay again it’s right near 90 and near splash Lagoon, plus many stores and restaurants.

This hotel is amazing. The staff went above and beyond for us. Even coming back from a hour away to light the patio fire pit. Everyone made us feel welcome and our stay was cozy and relaxing. The breakfast was very good. The room was nice neat and clean. I highly recommend this hotel for a short or extended stay.

This hotel is good for families with children. It has a large pool area for lots of “play” time. As for older couples, not the place to book. The rooms face the indoor pool which is open until 10:00pm, so not so quiet until after 10:00. Pool also opens early, so nit so quiet in the am. Our air conditioner was vibrating so loud that we had to turn it off, so not the best sleep that evening. We reported the A/C to the front desk upon check out, hopefully the next folks in that room don’t have to experience the loud a/c. The room was in good condition, but the bathroom needed a major renovation - see pictures. I also forgot to mention to the desk that the mini fridge leaks so the carpet in front of it is wet (so mgt if your reading this that needs attending to). There are a huge number if hotels in the area, some a lot newer, so if your an older couple looking for a bit more - then look around.
