Nice place! Exterior looks a bit tired and worn, but inside is very nice. Our room and the common areas were very clean, updated, and well maintained.

We stayed here this past July for one night. We stay in Hilton properties all the time and d gave for years. This hotel was fine with regards to cleanliness but the next morning there was no friendliness at the front desk. The lady tending the desk was very rude to my husband over the breakfast we purchased with our room. He didn’t have the paper copy of the purchase which she could have looked up with our reservation. It was upstairs with us in the room. She was also rude to my daughter and I when we went down to breakfast. This is a pay breakfast and it was not as good as free breakfast at any Hampton Inn. I don’t know what the upside to this hotel would be when there are other places to stay in Erie. A lack of hospitality

Really nice hotel with clean updated rooms, with a nice lobby to relax in. I would have given it 5 stars, but a hotel at this price range should provide a complimentary breakfast. The breakfast they offer is expensive for what you get. Glad there is a Cracker Barrel next door!

This by far was the best Hilton garden inn. My son and I had no issues at all. Usually there's little things that may be annoying but was none here. We stayed here for the D-Day reenactment in Conneaut. The pool and hot tub were working well. By far, the best hot tub and pool. You could smell the chlorine as soon as you walked into the hotel. I only pick hotels with hot tubs cuz my aching legs need it. Everyone was nice and pleasant. There's a Burger King and cracker barrel right next door so was convenient. Would definitely stay here again.

Soggiorno abitualmente in questo hotel quando vado ad Erie per lavoro. Rispetto agli anni precedenti lo trovo un po’ peggiorato in generale. Dalla struttura alla prima colazione. Avevo una camera a piano terra (penso di avere sbagliato io la prenotazione) e la notte non si poteva dormire da persone che urlavano al bar. Anche quando ho cercato di chiudere le porte comunicanti, qualcuno le apriva sistematicamente. La stanza è enorme così come il bagno. Ho avuto un problema con il bagno e nonostante lo avessi detto alla reception non me lo hanno sistemato.

I come to this hotel at least once a year. This has to be my 10th visit and the hotel has everything for the business traveler. This time, however, I noticed it was a bit worn. The heater in my room did not work nor did the TV in the gym (which had not been cleaned in a while). I say this to alert management and not to put the hotel down. I still recommend it. The lobby is roomy/bright and the staff is most welcoming and helpful. There is a mini-store in the lobby and good coffee is offered complimentary each morning. Also on the ground floor is a nice restaurant (Safari Grille - see separate review), a breakfast station, a roomy business center, a laundry (2 washers and dryers), a decent sized gym with a set of weights and finally, a pool plus hot tub. The rooms are just right for business with a good sized desk, good lighting, plenty of outlets and a comfortable chair. The closet is adequate as is the bathroom. There is a decent sized flat screen, a small refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, iron and hair dryer. It is still a great option, but just in need of a little work.

Hotel is OK. Hilton Garden Inn’s seem to have issues with consistency, though. Lobby is nice, but rooms are a little tired. Honestly I’m only writing this review because the internet is HORRIBLE. I can’t even do basic things on my laptop because the internet connection is so weak and slow. It’s been like this every time I visit so it’s nothing new. Also why offer wired connections in the room if they don’t work?

On route from upstate NY to SE MI we needed an overnight accommodation. Erie is just over halfway and there are many choices at the Peach St exit from 90 West. Reviews were good for the Hilton and I am a member so we had reservations made in advance. We were completely satisfied! Check in was easy, the front desk was professional yet friendly. We had requested a needed accessible room and it was perfect, right near the elevator on the second floor. The elevator was right inside the door from the parking space. The room and the hotel were spotless. Beds were comfortable. There was a coffee maker , refrigerator, microwave, iron and ironing board. The bathroom had a tub and handheld shower. There was an adaptive bench fitted to the tub securely which helped with showering. I also think there was a wheelchair to use in the hotel if needed. We would return here anytime.

It’s nice, but honestly I fail to see why the Hampton at the same price has a nice breakfast for zero $ and here they charge a cooked to order for about 15. And not even a banana free. Lol What is difficult to understand is the hoops to get internet connection and then it drops you if you are not continuously on it. Why can’t the front desk when checked in unlock it for your room? Come on Hilton it’s 2023. But I do always try for the Hilton. If nothing else it’s standards are high. Just frustrated by the internet connection.
