Booked and confirmed adjoining rooms--they did not honor the confirmation. Very poor communication with front desk--Anna and other personnel. They Never made it right. Room with broken light fixtures Shower with very low water flow/cracks in shower floor--room 738 Bath towels very small/inadequate to dry off Nice location in Summerville Great weather Oct 10-13 2024 Left message for General Manager Would not recommend for discerning travelers

I book here weekly for coworkers of mine that travel out of town. The front desk attendants are always accommodating and kind. I frequently speak with Bathsheba and Troy who do an excellent job. My coworkers never have a complaint when they stay here. Highly recommend if you're an admin booking on behalf of someone else, they are responsive and efficient when an issue arises.

BED BUGS!!! I stayed in room 606 from the 11th of September to the 12th, 2024. In the morning I was COVERED with bites! Not only was I dealing with an unbearable itch, the front desk gave me an apology…that’s it. The manager hasn’t even gotten back to me after multiple calls, messages, and emails. I am disgusted, still dealing with the bites, had to take extreme precautions before returning home, and still cannot get ahold of the manager. Awful, disgusting hotel with a terrible team of employees. DO NOT STAY HERE!!

The hotel accommodations were outstanding early checkin and late checkout were great ....Sheba the front desk representative was a professional and had some jokes to share . The morning breakfast at the hotel really hit the spot to start our day . Homewood Suites stay in Summerville at 406 Sigma was awesome .

Great stay at this Hilton for one night. Pleasing lobby. Ample parking. Good snack options in the lobby. Good location (need car). Okay, cleanliness. The shower wasn't clean enough, saw hair. The bed topcover itchy. The room needs more lighting.
