Stayed one night, actually about 8-9 hours just to sleep, for business in the area. Arrived close to 10pm and parking lot was full at that time with many out-of-state vehicles and lots of construction/contractors' trucks. Check in was quick, efficient, and friendly. Room carpet and bathroom floor had a tacky texture to it that felt sticky to my shoes. Upon removing shoes, my white socks quickly became black with dirty from walking on the carpet. Bathroom had barely been given more than a cursory wipe-down that left a film of gray dirt and odd hairs in shower that washed away when water was turned on. Breakfast area offerings were nearly picked over and barely replenished at 7am. Floor of lobby was also sticky and needed a proper cleaning with an actual mop and bucket. I travel a lot for work and can endure a dated hotel that is clean, but this one is new and is just filthy. I won't be back.

Horrible Horrible Horrible how does trip advisor still show this as a 4 green dots. I know it goes by the reviews and shame on me for not reading the reviews this time. This hotel is dirty disgusting 🤮 immediately called Hilton and was able to change hotel.

This hotel was absolutely disgusting! There was hair all over in the shower and in the bathroom sink, in the drawer and the dining ware was just plain dirty! The staff were continually rude to everybody in my party and the breakfast so the worst I’ve ever had in my entire life! This was just so disappointing to everybody in my party and I will NEVER stay here again unless I just absolutely have to!

The hotel was newer and appeared clean but there were a few things that make it unlikely that we stay there again. The lobby had a dirty floor entrance when we we arrived and it wasn't cleaned until the day of our departure. There was plenty of hot water but the water pressure on our floor was low. The parking lot was crowded and commercial truck took up several parking spaces. Breakfast hours ended at 0900 when many others are open until 1000. The three bed pillows were of a low quality. Although the location was generally good there was no complete sideway or crosswalks to the nearest restaurants and convenience stores and it was a dangerous walk to either. Okay to sleep for a night but we will stay somewhere else on our next trip

Several issues. No bath gel in dispenser. Toilet paper holder is out of reach from toilet. Towel size was lacking - one small and one regular. No bar on interior of shower door. Faucet water tastes like it is filtered through dirt. The flip latch for the door was loose from the wall. There were no paper towels under the sink - or anywhere in the room. The worst was the offensive smell in the room. I'm not sure if it was new carpet or dirty A/C filters. When we mentioned it at the front desk they did not seem to care. Staff was friendly otherwise. I like that there was a pot of grits at breakfast but other than that it was not much. We recently stayed at a Hilton Tru and this seems similar. It has a little more to offer since there are closets. The doors into the bathroom are a pocket door and a barn door. There is a curtain that you can separate the couch sleeper from the rest of the room. The doors (sic) for the closets are also curtains. We probably would not choose this type accommodation again.

This hotel is disgusting. I assumed since it had the Hilton name it would be Hilton quality so I didn’t check reviews. Clearly I should have… The halls are filthy. My room smelled of old fish. There was what looked like pet waste on the carpet, none of the surfaces had been cleaned. I realize it might be a “pet room” but after 5 days on the road in pet friendly hotels, this is beyond gross. All the IHG hotels I stayed in were fantastic. The toilet was dirty. I had to put a towel on the couch because it looked gross. Super thankful I had a large pack of disinfectant wipes in order to get through one night. I’ll be checking out tomorrow even though my reservation is 5 nights.

Wish I could give it Awful experience!! Had booked a 6 night stay, on the fourth night returned at 9pm to all the furniture upturned, awful strong chemical smell and a loud fan blowing thru the room. They had cleaned the carpets by Serv Pro and left it like this. There were no rooms left so we had to move out of our room during a rainstorm at night to another hotel. When we have shown friends the video of how loud the fan was and the room, they have been stunned. DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL.

Not Hilton standard . Will literally never stay at a home 2 again based on this experience. Full kitchen size trash left in room from prior guest. Black stuff by shower in corner. Dirt in bathroom. Not enough towels. No soap in wall mounted dispenser, found out when in shower. Other than oatmeal, breakfast was unappealing. Oh and hall under renovation but never saw work on it. It’s bad really bad .

The worst experience ever. The rooms, hallways, elevators allll had a stinch. They had fan blowers everywhere. In a two queen suite we only had 2 sets of towels. When I calles to get more they stated they had NO MORE towels and they were washing. We stayed on the 4th floor.
