It was ok. Beds were hard. Breakfast was bland. Pool water was cold. Staff was very nice, polite and friendly. Rooms were very clean.

It was what we needed for our stay. The hotel staff was great and they changed our room free of charge last minute for us. They kept the trash clean, gave fresh towels and made our beds which was nice.However the room smelled a little funky and you couldn’t notice unless the air wasn’t running. The coffee is horrible, wish there was fresh creamer.

The bathroom door was a pocket door and it did not close so we had to use the bathroom with no door to close and they weren't even apologetic. I asked for a different room they said their were not any and I had to ask 3 times for a discount or credit toward our Hilton honors points.

Overall nice experience! Room clean, bathroom clean, bed too soft, ac awfully noisy! Breakfast hours too short…!

Everyone was lovely and the general manager was very accommodating when i told him my problems. Overall it turned out better then it started.
