We have been staying at Summerland Waterfront Resort since it opened and will keep coming back as long as we can. The staff are friendly and go above and beyond. The room and resort are clean and well maintained. The location is perfect with amazing views and the lake just steps away …the wine is awesome too! 10/10 recommend 👍

Just a fantastic place to check out!!! So many things to do and staff is amazing! Cleaned to perfection and perfect for adults and kids. I cannot wait to go back! The resort exceeded my expectations beyond!!

Staff were fantastic, very friendly and helpful. Rooms were very clean, spacious and comfortable. Super family friendly with lots of activities and the bistro on site was lovely and convenient. Would love to stay here again!

Very clean suite and a beautiful resort with great amenities We were able to park in the underground parking but the other couple with us were expected to park their vehicle on the street with a parking pass from reception When they were unable to find parking the resort staff did allow them to park in the underground resort parking We wish there had been more parking available but do understand that it is in an area with limited availability

They were able to accommodate us last minute when a previous accommodation was unsatisfactory. We had a 5 month old and it was a perfect space that made us comfortable as parents on our first hotel stay with him. The service was excellent and the amenities were everything one would need and want from a stay here!

Excellent resort hotel, conveniently located close to highway but far enough away to be quiet on a side street. The resort and our suite were very clean. Good grocery store just up the hill in Summerland, as well as a favourite Italian restaurant Fun / convenient place for families and couples. At times lively during the day but consistently quiet at night. Kitchen equipment was basic but adequate. We have come back several years.

Resort was great. Room was clean, had a full kitchen which was great for breakfast and (combined with the common area bbq) worked out to make supper a couple times as well. Hot tub / pool area was well maintained and clean. Sauna was great but we didn't use the spa or gym. The restaurant next door (Shaughnessy's Cove) was also very good, and able to accommodate my food allergies well (gluten and dairy). Highly recommended!
