From the first call, Richard assisted us, and I really appreciated the way he spoke to us. He provided all the information I needed, and even though I asked many questions, he was always patient and made me feel comfortable. He made sure we got exactly what we wanted — the villas were perfect, the food was excellent, and the portions were more than enough for four people. Thank you so much, Richard, for your outstanding service. If you have any questions, I highly recommend speaking with Richard. Also, Asma from Guest Relations was lovely, super kind, and very professional. She knows exactly how to communicate with guests and made us feel very welcome. The place itself is very nice, calm, and the view is just perfect. The overall service was excellent, the cleanliness was perfect, and the housekeeping team responded very quickly. The spa experience was also wonderful, and they gave us plenty of time to relax and enjoy.

I visited the resort using the Urban Point weekday offer and had a frustrating experience with the staff. It started with a phone inquiry—when I asked if the voucher included QR 75 credit or a set menu, the lady on the phone responded aggressively and shouted “what?” before repeating exactly what I had just said. Completely uncalled for. On the day of our visit (Wednesday the 30th), another staff member, ‘’H’’, was equally rude at the beach restaurant. She insisted the offer only included the set menu and refused a simple drink substitution. Thankfully, the supervisor ‘M’ stepped in, explained the offer properly, and helped us move forward, though Hana continued to argue even after his clarification. Later, the shisha staff came and tried to remove the shisha, claiming there’s a 2-hour limit—even though I had only been using it for 4 hours. When I asked for a manager, he just walked away. Reception later confirmed there's no such time limit. The place itself is nice, but the staff's attitude and misinformation ruined the experience. Staff definitely need proper customer service training. Big thanks to Malik for being the only professional person we encountered.

We stayed February at a wonderful 4 bedroom villa with private pool. Villa has a wonderful outdoor area perfect for hosting BBQ… Management (Santosh) provided a comp BBQ, really nice touch and also took care to lite the BBQ. Resort has a very relax vibe with an extreme long main pool. Villa was very well maintained and extremely clean. Thank you for the amenities. We will certainly recommend to friends and return again.

الإيجابيات: جمال المكان: يتميز المنتجع بأجواء جميلة ومريحة. الغرف: غرف متوسطة الحجم مع خدمات فندقية. الترحيب: سلة فواكه ترحيبية مميزة. خدمة الاستقبال: ممتازة وموظفون لطفاء. السبا: سبا مختلط مع فترة مخصصة للنساء، وخدمة مساج جيدة جداً. المسابح: مسبح خارجي عام في منطقتين مختلفتين. المطعم: أطباق شهية. السلبيات: الإزعاج: إزعاج شاحنات التنظيف والمجاري وعمال البناء، وعدم الاستجابة للشكاوى. أسعار المطعم: مبالغ فيها نسبياً. جودة الطعام: بحاجة إلى تحسين. أسعار عدة الشواء: مبالغ فيها بشكل كبير (250 ريال مقابل فحم ومنقلة فقط). صيانة الفلل: بعض الفلل مستهلكة وتحتاج إلى صيانة. تجهيزات المطبخ: نقص في الأدوات الأساسية، وتوفرها فقط عند الطلب. المكواة: غير متوفرة إلا بالطلب. تأخير تسليم الفيلا: وعدم تعويض الوقت بشكل منصف. الازعاج مستمر: طوال فترة الاقامه. القطط: وجود قطط كثيرة في المكان. المطعم الخارجي والسينما الخارجية: مهجوران. الشاطئ: بعيد عن الفلل. الخصوصية: نقص في الخصوصية في الحدائق الخاصة بالفلل. بشكل عام: منتجع سميسمة المروب مكان جميل ذو إمكانيات كبيرة، ولكنه يعاني من بعض المشاكل التي تؤثر على تجربة الضيوف. الإزعاج المستمر وعدم الاستجابة للشكاوى هي أبرز السلبيات، بالإضافة إلى الأسعار المبالغ فيها لبعض الخدمات ونقص الصيانة في بعض المرافق
