I booked this hotel because it had parking, and unfortunately, YOU NEED TO RESERVE A PARKING SPOT. I didn’t know that, and we stayed in 14 hotels in Europe which I made sure had parking included. We had to park the car away from the hotel in private parking which was in a hill. Food (dinner a breakfast) were good, and we enjoyed the pool.

Excellent hotel. Very nice rooms - clean and comfortable. Spacious bathrooms. Outstanding breakfast. Very nice restaurant. Staff was very nice and welcoming and helpful. Location was good - easy walk to some restaurants, the ferry and more.

Hotel superbe, situé juste au bord du lac, avec la possibilité de nager dans le lac. Très belles piscines, une intérieure et une extérieure et plus généralement l’espace Spa (compris dans le tarif de la chambre) avec les nombreux hammams et saunas est très agréable. La vue de l’hôtel est superbe. Le petit déjeuner est excellent, très large choix salé et sucré avec un buffet et des plats à la commande (inclus dans le prix). Nous avions une chambre dans l’annexe qui était très agréable avec vue sur le lac.

La gestione di ristorante, purtroppo, risulta deficitaria in quanto vittima della cattiva ed ottusa gestione del parcheggio da parte dell’albergo: arrivati alle 13:30 di domenica, per pranzare con amici, non avendo trovato altrove parcheggio, chiedo di poter parcheggiare una smart nel parcheggio dell’albergo completamente vuoto, consapevole che la domenica pomeriggio a fine settembre a Sulzano difficilmente sarebbero arrivati tanti ospiti, rendendomi poi disponibile ad alzarmi e spostare la vettura in caso vi fosse la necessità di liberare il posto. Il tutto in un piccolo borgo deficitario di parcheggi. Nulla sono valse le richieste di cortesia trovandomi di fronte un’intransigenza di scarso buon senso fine a se stessa. Alle 15:15, finito il pranzo, esco dal ristorante e, come volevasì dimostrare, il parcheggio continuava a essere completamente vuoto

Absolutely beautiful location right on the lake. Lovely clean hotel, very friendly staff. It rained during our stay so we didn’t get to use the garden or pool. We had all meals in the hotel restaurant and really enjoyed everything. It was only a quick 1 night stop this time but we will return.

Indiscutibilmente bel posto e ottimi servizi ma ci vorrebbe più chiarezza e correttezza nelle prenotazioni delle camere. È normale che non tutte le camere possono avere la stessa visuale ma siccome quelle "vista lago" si pagano di più andrebbe specificato che non tutte però hanno la vista perfetta come si vede sul loro sito. Alcune hanno una vista molto peggiore ma non vi è distinzione di prezzo. Questa è la 105

Beautiful views and spacious room. Nicely appointed bathroom and lovely lakeside patio off room 302. We sat poolside to relax.
