The agent who greetede us was friendly and customer oriented. We were booked into a disabled room. The room was the furthest from the front desk, required a long walk (unlike most hotels that have the disabled room close). The furniture in the room was quite old, scratched, worn etc. The lamp between the beds had two electrical plugs that did not work to hook up my cpap machine, The front desk agent came and moved the bed so I could plug in the cpap machine. The bathroom counter around the sink was very small and the toilet leaked under the laminatede floor and the water would come up between the cracks around the toilet. Evidently this was happening for quite awhile since the floor had stains in the area of the leaks. The facilty is hard to locate from the street to the small alley leading to the building. The breakfast was similar to most motels but did contain fresh fruit.

Yuck! Stay away! Very disgusting! We arrived over in the morning from traveling a long distance and were so tired we could barely fall into bed. Immediately had to kill a cockroach that was walking on the bathroom counter. Filfly sheets with hairs and black spots on them with worn holes in them. Walls half painted. Drapes from the ‘60 that wouldn’t even move to close to block the light from the parking lot. No cell phone outlets, no tissues. Junky bathroom vanity with no handles. Half painted walls. Everything just looked worn out and dirty!

Old, neglected property. In need of updating. Dim lighting in room. Odor in room. Well worn furniture, bedding, drapes. Lobby and entry way cluttered, dirty floors. Check in slow. Personnel not unfriendly, but not very interested in guests. I will not stay at Comfort Inn again.

First off when walk into the property to check in. The front desk lady is playing on her phone and ask what do I want. Then after going back in forth with the lady on trying to check me in. She gave me a room that was dirty. The place has never been dusted and duct tape on the blinds. Also the bathroom had comment all on the ground that wasn’t cleaned up. Front desk said I need to deal with it cause they only have two house cleaners for the three story hotel. The only thing that was comfortable was the bed. The toilet would barely work. I asked for them to fix it and it never got fixed. The food was bland for breakfast no season. Then the front desk had attitude again at check out saying I shouldn't call corporate office to report them only contact the gm of the property. They sai hotel inc has not even responded back to my emails. I will never and do not recommend people to stay here
