High quality of services I've ever experienced. Clean and beautiful view which amazed my eyes. Peaceful environment for relaxation. The hotel is as a large in area nearly Egerton university. The furniture oh how I wish I would sit and sleep on those comfortable-looking chairs.

As a student from Egerton university we visited The sawela lodges which are located in naivasha has a very nice places . The place has a great swimming pool, a very condusive environment for enjoyment. Also it has a gym area which is favourable for everyone because the room is very tidy.the place is good for coming for holidays the place has very condusive lodges .it the number one place of enjoy ment

"A Pleasant Short Stay" Overall: 4 out of 5 stars My recent stay at Sawela Lodges was mostly enjoyable, and I would consider returning. The hotel offers a good balance of comfort, convenience, and value for its 4-star rating. Pros: * Good location: The hotel proximity from Nakuru where I came from is convenient compared to other 4 star hotels making it more preferred. *Friendly staffs: Despite of the impromptu visit, the manager and the deputy manager left there busy schedule to attend and talk to us. The staffs from the reception were also friendly. *Good environment: The hotel's environment shouts just nature. It is cool and quite good for family and business affairs. *Clean conference room: The hotel has clean conference rooms where we held the meeting and I will highly recommend it to other people. *Good wifi connection: The hotel offers free wi-fi connection to its customers and it's reliable. *Dining area:The lodge has a spacious dining room with neatly set tables. *Interior decor:The interior decor of the hotel is modern with a good mixture of colours. *Gymnastics center:The lodge has a well equipped gymnastic center with a qualified training personnel. *Team building space: The lodge has a wide spacious area for team buildings and events like wedding, birthday party among others Weaknesses. I observed no weaknesses as the stay was short. The hotel offers a solid 4 star experience with friendly staffs,good wifi connection and clean and comfortable conference room,good gymnastics center, spacious area for team building and events. My name is Joy Gatwiri a N14/03597/23 student in Egerton university njoro main cumpus who has visited a SAWELA restaurant The restaurant is located at Naivasha.Naivasha is a very cool place .We visited with our lecturer Mr Mutai and my fellow comrade's We reached in time where we were welcomed warmly by the Manager and the vice manager. He gave us the preview of the place where we visited the Gyme. conference rooms the swimming pools.i was glad to be part of the restaurant and I wish to have a visit one day. Without forgetting,he gave us a review of how we will get the attachment part. I wish to be part of the SAWELA restoration as an employee where I will be exercising what I have learnt.. Good place to be... cool breeze, ..carpets make the conference room comfortable and quiet 😊 "I would like to sincerely thank the entire team at Sawela Lodge for their outstanding hospitality. 👏👏From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed and cared for. What an oasis in the dessert... Exquisite. The rooms are cosy and large, the conference rooms are perfect. We enjoyed the food which was fresh all the time. The workers are gently and well trained. The environment is just perfect for get away.

Nice lodge is a friendly and excellent location just meters from the tarmac road. Blends african tradition and environment. Very friendly, accomodating staff and I love the fact that they take time to get your feedback especially millicent in the dining area. She is a lady in another level literally took 15minutes to listen to us and our views. Noted as well that any comment or improvement you point out is taken with the importance it carries. Fresh food with no spices and it's a variety. For the 4days I spend there I did not see same food served twice apart from ugali and maybe the fruits. But again ugali is staple. Their services the best. Just that the staff go extra mile despite very busy days. The soldier at the lake tower took time to take us to the lake and the surroundings. I love you guys for the commitment and love you have for your jobs. Ooh God and your wifi felt like you were pouring it continuously into my room from some source. Best place to be from home. It tops out from the hotels, resorts and beaches in kenya. However comeon guys, please modernise your TVs, the keyholders as well feel like a weapon of mass destruction in our pockets rather even a real weapon. You can go for smaller wooden keyholders. Lastly please introduce an accompanying drink to meals.

The lodge was very nice, but the highlight of our stay was the boat trip and island tour on Lake Naivasha led by the naturalist at the hotel, Joakim. I was there with colleagues with an international conservation organization, and I found him to be extremely knowledgeable about all the animals and plants, but particularly about birds as he is trained in ornithology. The lake is a hotspot for bird diversity, and we saw numerous species on our trip, as well as a multitude of hippos resting on a small island. The larger island has a number of animals that were brought there during the filming of several movies, which range free around the island, including giraffes, wildebeest, and numerous antelope species. Joakim was a fantastic naturalist guide, which is not always the case for tour guides, and I highly recommend him.
