The customer service I had was the best , plus the food it was very yummy had a lot of food categories to choose from my family and I had the best time in Sawela. kids friendly place and accommodation the room was beautiful and clean decorations was creative for my daughters birthday.

I Settled on Sawela from reviews here & on wanderlust. They were not wrong. Beautiful place with loads of different activities, a childrens play area & a big field where kids can just run around . Very good service,Rooms are spacious and clean. Fresh & tasty food a big plus

The lodge offers a diverse range of activities that eliminates boredom such as birdwatching,boat rides, swimming,team building and also activities favourable to kids (kids playground) .It is also located near some of the tourism attractions such as The Hell's Gate National park 🏞️ and the The Olkaria Geothermal Spa .
