the place is shady, the room is quite clean but spacious. happened to get a room close to the unfinished building. the food is delicious, the swimming pool is clean. overall the place is nice and comfortable, just maybe need to try other room variants. thank you ubud hotel 🥰🙏🏻

First of all, I couldn't shower, and the water was really cold, so my family was dissatisfied. And the cleanliness wasn't bad, but there was sand-like stuff in the bed, and when I opened the door, there was a strange smell, so my family couldn't sleep here. I think they need more training for the service, especially the way the staff spoke, etc. The best thing was the location, especially the small mart and alleys were nice to see.
I think this hotel needs some more improvement, and my family won't come here again😊
