Overall is good, but the hotel's amenities are not complete. If they have shower gel and shampoo, it will be excellent. The staffs are very good, friendly & helpful.

Not clean, towels and bedding are dirty. Staff are friendly as anywhere in Indonesia. The building also needs remodeling. It is convenient because it is located in a shopping mall.

The room was clean, the waiting room was spacious, the service was really good, especially when I went back and forth to ask the receptionist for a parking ticket stamp, hehe. It's just a shame that parking for guest vehicles is still exposed to direct sunlight. But for the rest it's really okay, no problems 👍🏻
