Hotel was understaffed during my stay. I stayed for 2 nights. The reception desk was always unoccupied except for the time I checked-in. It appeared that the housekeeper had to double as the receptionist. Overall, the room was clean but the floors were not wiped very well. I stayed in a twin-bed room. I was charged Rp.100,000 for a late check-out after 1pm, which I think is fair. However, they only accepted cash for this late checkout payment, and as I had no cash at hand, I had to walk to the nearest Indomaret to get some cash. The receptionist/housekeeper had no clue where the nearest atm was, so I had to look that up myself. He also did not offer any other solutions or accepted my solution of a mobile banking transfer. This caused me to be late for my next appointment. During check-in, my debit card payment was accepted so they have an EDC at the reception desk. Room amenities were adequate.
