Here Ibis is comffy way better than Ibis Menteng jakarta...they have Buskers on friday nite.. The AC is so cold..eventho i put 21°.. My room have nice view of bandung.. But.. the shower soap makes me ages to done shower..I need to pump 50 times to get the full soap..please change the soap dispenser was so unpatient bout it..🐃💨 The food nice and lot of choice..

I went here on June 1st The hotel is quite difficult to find as it has two gates, one behind the gas station the other from a narrow road. The hotel is spacious but the toilet was so dirty 😵💫😵💫

I am Norharizah ofrom USA accompanied by Mr Mohd Said of Clubclass Travel Network / Kuala Lumpur , and was recommended this brief trip to Jakarta/Bandung to experience the whoosh and the panoramic train from Bandung to Jakarta . My heartful comment on the exellent staff service during my short stay and the hotel interior gives me a good rest , and overall for the stay was very good value for money. I would recommend that Clubclass Travel would induct D'prima Hotel as their first choice hotel for their Bandung Tour package.

I am very satisfied with this service. I ordered two single beds, but since the room is not ready yet, I upgraded to a double room, which has a large room with sofa and balcony. Ckup room is clean...AC is cold...location is very close to Pasteur toll booth...but the location of the hotel is inside the house. Ohiya has a deposit, but it will be refunded upon check-out.

I think this hotel is already running down and old fashioned. Interior design in the bedroom is kind of old, dark, the carpet is bit smelly and side lamp looks really need to be removed. Toilet leakage. The bathroom tiles looks obseleit and lots of stains. The shower also need to be replaced. The hair dryer is not broken etc. I understand since pandemic covid 19, all business are suffering. Struggling to survive. Perhaps it is one of the reasons all the renovation projects are cancelled. And one more thing.. the breakfast is really on low key budgets. Bit disappointed. Compare to other hotels in the similar category, grand aquilla far below the others. The management of the hotel should pay attention to this matter. Your hotel is so empty while others starting to receive lots of guests. Otherwise, you'll be left behind...

The room I chose was the cheapest, first come with sign and telephone number with ID photo, no deposit. Got a room on the ground floor but the one facing the wall was disappointed, I asked to change rooms and was agreed to get a room on the 2nd floor, but still facing the wall, but there was a little light coming in, it's okay, maybe I ordered a cheap room. Even though guests who check in can be counted, we hope to get a good view. This facility is the best, maybe I will come here again next time. There are 2 small bottles of mineral water, tea coffee sugar + drinking water heater, shampoo + soap, toothpaste + toothbrush, towels per guest, clean minimal dust in the room I stayed in, TV with Kvision channels, only the WiFi is slow and the bathroom lights not very bright, there is a telephone, minus the TV, even the smallest sound is already noisy :( . So the first choice for staying overnight.
