Popular Sukajadi 4-star Hotels

Stayed here from 4 to 5 July 2022. The staff from main gate, reception to resto were so friendly and nice. Although the hotel still recovered from the covid pandemic but they could gave great service and facilities. The room was spacious and clean, but need attention to small details. The breakfast menu were various and good taste. The swimming pool a little dirty when I stayed in weekday. The kids corner located in resto and the garden there's no playground anymore. But overall I will recommended this hotel and I would like to say thanks to the hotel staffs and management.

The location is ok. The staff are friendly and the service is good. The website says the room I stayed is 30 sq. Meter but the room itself is no more than 18. The room does come with a patio which is relatively big. There is a wall in the patio that blocks view (5th floor). The bath room is relatively small and no bathtub. I left the hotel around 7:30 in the morning to the nearest high speed train station by Grab and it took around 30 minutes. There is a safe in the room. The buffet breakfast is ok. The swimming pool is not big enough for laps. The chairs at the restaurant are too high and not comfortable.

The service rendered by the hotel was top notch and definitely will stay again if stop at Bandung in the future. The staff was realy helpful and polite. The process for check on and out was so easy. The room was spacious and worthy for the money spend. Definitely will get other people to stay here if they went to Bandung. The hotel also near the Paris Van Java mall.

Had a great experience staying here. The location is great, indomaret fresh is next to the hotel and it really helps (avoid buy mineral water in the refrigerator in the room), parking area is sufficient. We requested baby chair & baby crib and they provided adequately without additional charge BUUT I know this is weekend so full occupancy is expected but man, the queue for elevator took really long time (might the time to upgrade your elevator Aston! We got room with connecting door and the room beside us is so NOISY!

This my first time stayed here due to other hotel was full. Unfortunately, it was not a bad hotel. The room is spacious with a good staffs services. They greet me in room corridor and lobby. Just a few suggestion compare to hotel i used to stay are : - the breakfast menu should be more variety. I order american breakfast. The quality of the item was low. The bread is like a rock, the sausage was small and not a sausage for 4* hotel. - the room's wall should be repainting since i saw many kids writing on it. - more lights in front of the main gate, it is too dark, i thought it was a office building. The hotel has good and nice plants, should add more lights. I am sure if this hotel give a small touch in main gate, people will interest to try visit and stay. Your gate is too dark and not eye catch. That are few suggestion to management of Grand Aquila Bandung. You also have an excellent staffs who willing to do an extra mile. Such as a woman in Reception willing to send my luggage to room. Her uniform was different from other staff more firm, she is the manager i guess. Im not sure her position. Im sure she did that due to i informed that my luggage still in lobby and i need something immediately for my baby. Also a man with housekeeping uniform deliver my breakfast to room. I realize you are minimize staff since it is a covid pandemi. I really understand with the situation. However, thank you and will visit your hotel next visit to Bandung.

Coming to the night, got free upgrade to deluxe because asking for 2 single beds. The room was nice, and clean, just the bathroom was not closed. The most friendly part of the basement parking area, although rame, but still provided. Breakfast is decent. Access to the hotel can be two ways, through the gas station, a front (gang)

This hotel is very nice! The staff are very kind and treat me & my wife as well as their loved ones. Especially, the bell boy. He is so kind and well trained personal butler alike. Too bad, every staff didn't have name tag. Well, thank you so much for the warming welcome!. Hotel design, atmosphere, furniture, are so on point with their concept. Definitely, one of my favorite hotels in Bandung. But, it would be more lovely and lively if breakfast are well, a little bit more French, or have one or two French-style breakfast. Not only all Indonesia cuisine. And last but not least, if only every broken or aged furniture such as wall and ceiling could be fixed, it would be more enjoyable...

First check in process was so quick, they had a high standard of cleanliness , beyond my room. My family are agree that we had a pleasant stay with V hotel Bandung. We will definitely come again in the future.

Stayed at this hotel for its proximity since the other Accor hotels nearby were fully booked. Sadly, this was a wrong decision. Ibis is part of Accor hotels should have a clear standard and proper QC (for service and most important cleanliness) in which a total absence at this property. Accor puts effort to have guests becoming their ALL members, but this hotel does not really understand what kind of value to be delivered to members including their top tiers. Got checked in and was given a flooring-mop look alike towels with dark stains all over surface. Not a single guest would deserve to get this kind of towel. Those defected towels should have been scrapped away already. When asked for replacement - yes they do have towels in good condition. Question is WHY put those dirty defect ones? Front office was barely recognize loyalty membership, not even offering a late check out. When asked, a male FO staff (Ag***) replied and asked if I had reservation. How ridiculous? Not to mention, their Assistant FO Manager (D**) who was standing there, pretended to hear nothing instead of stepping in his staffs. Completely shows no leadership. For members or any guest who expect an international standard and cleanliness, STAY AWAY from this hotel. Hope this helps.
