新酒店設施很新，沒有味道，蒂芙尼配色很高檔的感覺，服務不錯，機器人服務員，一層的自動販賣商店也很好，重點是早上一打開窗簾樓下的花園和對面的學校操場，豁然開朗！

應該是開業沒多久的一家酒店，整體設施都很新。
前台服務也很熱情。
房間打掃的比較乾淨，整潔，衞生。
停車很方便。

特別差，不推薦。
主要是與同價位，開業更早的桔子比，沒法比，桔子服務很專業，第一次住希岸，感覺是家庭旅館。
主要是前台沒人，我是5月3日晚上十點左右到的，前台就一名保安長者，然後還沒有車位,衹能停馬路多面，我們主要是帶着長者，長者腿腳不方面，所以酒店自己沒有車位就特別比不方便。
然後入住之後，再給前台打電話，還是保安長者接的，打了幾次終於找到酒店的前台了，態度那叫一個差，屋裡東西不全，需要補齊 態度很不耐煩，特別拱火，你説了要什麼東西，按理她應該答應一句“好的”，然而沒有，你要什麼東西，她的下一句就是，還有呢……還有呢……還有呢……那意思就是我看你還能要什麼。快吵起來了，但是感覺酒店前台人員礙於工作的要求是強壓怒火。感覺不是在提供服務，而是在置氣，這錢花的。
第二天早上五點出門去趕集，酒店前台睡的正香……
趕集回來，大概七點，前台也醒了，正在擦拭大堂進門右手陳列的東西，看來前台還有兼職保潔。
家庭房特別小一張1.5米和一張1.35米的床，房間很小衹能住兩大一小，三個大人住着非常憋屈。
早飯特別差，跟瀋陽如家早餐一個價位，質量差遠了，感覺就是個擺設，表明有早餐而已，七點去的，很多是涼的和温的。煎雞蛋涼，牛奶温，薯條炸雞大雜燴看上去也是炸好了很久，沒吃，特別差。
總結就是酒店服務人員數量質量不到位，如果價格便宜認了，價格又是綏中最貴的，住店客人感受很差。
2022年住過桔子，很好，但是本人喜歡嘗試新酒店，第一次入住希岸品牌，感受很差，砸希岸牌子。

還不錯，回京路過，晚上休息了一晚，酒店設施還不錯，訂了高級大床和雙床，三個人睡兩米的床才行啊，哈哈哈，早餐我們去的晚了些，東西所剩不多了，供應方面還需要加強啊，之前因為味道的問題換了房間，還不錯
