停車：免費方便，有人指揮，非常好； 環境：緊鄰幹道，出入方便，雖臨大路晚上鮮有大車經過，擔心的大車影響基本上沒有； 床具：舒適，乾淨； 衞生：第一天晚上的房間地面有頭髮，第二天換了房間，淋浴間一個煙頭赫然呈現，衞生有些馬虎； 隔音：第一天晚上被吵醒兩次，隔壁説話能聽到，半夜三更對面房間酒後歸來吵鬧驚醒，開門勸阻後才行； 硬件：設施維護不力，第一天入住發現空調面板顯示故障和排風扇噪音大，向前台報修後來一個大姐，態度很好，但操作方式驚人：她對着空調面板就是一拳，奇蹟般的好了，着實沒想到如此簡單，排風扇維修更簡單，拿個衣撐敲了幾下就好了，讓我哭笑不得；第二天更換的房間裏淋浴間地板破損碎裂； 早餐：雖然簡單但味道還可以，寫有熱乾麪但連着幾天都沒吃到，可能是春節期間的原因； 服務：有問有答，但略顯生冷不夠熱情； 總體評價：價格不高，將就住還好

因為是新酒店，設施齊全設備新，房間大，床品舒服，佈局合理，前台服務好，非常好的住宿體驗。附近有個玉湖濕地公園也很不錯。唯一要吐槽的點是早餐，就餐時間七點到九點半，我們不到八點去的，除了粥其它都涼了，還是十一期間的天氣，這姑且不算缺點，但是菜品味道真是一言難盡，從沒在酒店吃過這麼難吃的菜。建議改進，別拉低了整個酒店的體驗感。
