先説我訂的房型衹有20樓有，當到20樓看到訂的雲頂大床房和之前住過的城際大床房一樣，找前台問情況時，前台又説20到28樓都有我訂的房間，但前台也不知道哪個房間是雲頂大床房，説是衹有銷售才知道，換了個27樓的，但房型還是和之前住過的城際大床房是一樣的，根本不是圖片上的雲頂房，原來所謂的房型是銷售設定的，前台隨意安排。套路還是要內部溝通好，不要讓顧客有被糊弄的感覺！
