房間靠着還算比較乾淨，第一天入住的特價房，在負二層，太黑了，沒有陽光，而且房間有點兒異味，晚上睡覺都沒脱衣服。第二天升級了房間，換到樓上有窗户的房間，能看到陽光，但是當天晚上洗完澡，睡覺脱光衣服，身體感覺有些癢，懷疑床不太乾淨，看着比較乾淨，但是床裏面看不到的地方似乎不太乾淨，床單和被罩掉毛。而且飲用水和馬桶坐墊，抽紙還需要收費，不理解，洗手間的廁紙不收費，但是看着時間好長的樣子，我入住了2天，看着住户很少，入住率不高，如果是女生和小孩或者愛乾淨的人事，本人不建議入住。真心評論，也希望老闆可以改進。

我是考研期間預訂的這家，當時學校附近的酒店都在漲價，而且網上展示的酒店很多都沒房了。300多一晚，入住後覺得乾淨程度還算可以，但存在很多其它問題：1、房間偏小，採光不行。2、沒有電梯，二三樓才有客房，行李都需要提上去。3、房間內淋浴管子漏水。4、三樓的樓上就是住宅，晚上和白天都有噪音！勉強忍着樓上的噪音戴耳機住了一晚， 根本沒休息好。最主要的5、前台是個大爺，態度不算惡劣，但説的話非常不中聽，三百多一晚的賓館，我半夜冷了想開空調管他要遙控器，他磨磨嘰嘰不給，還説“你住一晚才花多少錢，這電費都不夠付的”類似這樣的話，我一下就來火了，結果要來遙控器空調製熱也不好使。第二天直接讓我爸媽退房，給退了200，結果前台大爺意思是我把空調弄壞的，還要扣按金……最後退了200和按金，相當於四百一晚住了這個麼破賓館。我爸媽在附近訂的賓館200多，房間比這大，空調能制熱，賓館也比這家正規的多，有大堂、電梯、走廊之類的，要不是外地來的怕沒房了我是百分之一萬不會選這家的，要不是考研沒工夫折騰我肯定文旅局、工商局、消防和消費者熱線、市長熱線舉報了，大家避雷
