一流的景色，三流的設施，和不入流的服務。從他們的服務就能看出這是公有的企業，服務是我見過有史以來最差的。吃飯要等2小時以上，景交車説隨叫隨到，實際壓根就不來，非常不建議去遊玩，尤其衹帶小朋友的。

房間很潮濕，被子是黴點，更離譜的是！！洗澡的熱水洗着洗着就變成了冷水！！凍得瑟瑟發抖的等熱水等很久才來，洗着又是冷水！！簡直不要太刺激！！早餐也是超級難吃…無敵的難吃！！

入住體驗非常棒，民宿居然比酒店還好，全自動開關，智能馬桶，在半山腰，環境非常好，很安靜，還有各種小動物，鴨子，小青蛙，螞蚱，小朋友特別開心！

風景很美，但是設施服務跟不上，車不讓開進去，要坐景區的車，等車又慢，進景區要先去那裡拿票坐大巴進去，進去了又要去另外一個地方拿房，然後在坐車去房間，非常的麻煩，不是説拿了房就送你去房間，還要等同一個區的，等那些拿房，在一起送去房間那裡，對於帶小朋友拖家帶口的，非常的不友好，房間離餐廳很遠，叫車的時候還讓你走到路口去等，而且路口離房間又遠，裏面衹有一個餐廳，裏面的服務態度也是非常的不好， 點完餐坐在外面半天都沒有人拿餐具過來，進去問阿姨要杯子，還説幹嘛要坐到外面去、外面沒人服務，他們擺台衹會擺在裏面，不會擺在外面，態度還非常不好，點了菠蘿咕嚕肉，給我上的是哈密瓜炒肉片，青菜點的是荷塘月色照片上面完全沒辣椒，結果上來的是一盤加了辣椒的，小朋友完全就吃不了…
